I wish did fix the issue. As far as I know, there is no built-in mechanism for handling custom PostgreSQL's errors. However, you can do it at the repository level.To do that, you have to raise errors in the PostgreSQL using ERRCODE like:

I hope this helps . If you were using trust authentication (which you should only use for development, if then) you would not be prompted for a password by psql.I'd say you didn't properly restart the server. Maybe use restart instead of start?

fixed the issue. Will look into that further All values involved in a PRIMARY KEY or FOREIGN KEY constraint must be stored as dedicated columns (best in normalized form). Constraints and references do not work for values nested inside a json / jsonb
