will help you Disclaimer: I'm the author of Hyperjaxb.
This is a preliminary answer, we'll probably need to refine it later on.
code :
        <hj:one-to-many>
            <orm:join-column name="actvitiyDim"/>
        </hj:one-to-many>
        <xs:element name="one-to-many-join-column" type="test:two" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded">
            <xs:annotation>
                <xs:appinfo>
                    <hj:one-to-many>
                        <orm:join-column name="O2MJC_ONE_ID"/>
                    </hj:one-to-many>

help you fix your problem For a WIX Custom Action project, no matter what you name your classes or assembly or namespace or anything else, the config file must always be named 'CustomAction.config' (consider it hard-coded in WIX) and its build action in the file property in VS should be set to 'Content'. There is no such requirement for anything else in the project.
This config file can specify the supported CLR version (in fact it is recommended) and can contain any additional configuration that your custom action dll might require.

With these it helps One thing you can do is use awk inside a shell script to keep track of the the mapping between the original names and the newly generated names. This particular awk script treats the first file differently by comparing NR and FNR built-in variables that count the total number of records processed and the number of records processed in the current file, respectively. More information about this trick here: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/106645/processing-two-files-using-awk
Basically, this program keeps track of a counter c and a dictionary name that maps the original name to the new one (which is just c with a prefix of "x").
code :
#!/bin/sh
awk '
    BEGIN { c = 0; }

    /^[- ]/ {
        print;
    }

    /^[^- ]/ && NR == FNR {
        new_name = "x" c;
        name[$1] = new_name;
        c += 1;
        $1 = new_name;
        print;
    }

    /^[^- ]/ && NR != FNR {
        if ($1 in name)  {
            $1 = name[$1];
        } else {
            new_name = "x" c;
            c += 1;
            $1 = new_name;
        }
        print;
    }
