will be helpful for those in need I'd create separate properties on the ViewModel which contain what you want and bind each grid to them.
Something like:
code :
public Image GridAContent
{
    get
    {
        return this.Items.First();
    }
}

public ObservableCollection<Image> GridBContent
{
    get
    {
        return this.Items.Skip(1);
    }
}

I wish did fix the issue. You can retrieve the button by casting the sender parameter. From there, you can retrieve the company by casting the DataContext property:
code :
private void Del_Btn_clicked(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
{
    var button = (Button)sender;

    var company = (Company)button.DataContext;

    // ...
}

Compare item to list of items, excluding the item being compared

Does that help I have a list of items lets say | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | I want to take 1 and compare it to the rest of the list, but I do not wish for 1 to compare to itself. After 1 has compared to the rest of the list I think want to pop 1 back into the list and then take 2 out and compare to the rest of list this time including 1. This is what I have tried. The problem here is when I iterate the first time through it works perfect because the first iterate starts at 0 and compares starting at 1, but then once it loops past the 0 index it will start comparing against it self causing problems. Any help would be awesome. I know this is just a logic thing I have to figure out but I am getting a little lost.
code :
if (RadUpload1.UploadedFiles.Count > 1)
{
    for (int fileBuffer = 0; fileBuffer < RadUpload1.UploadedFiles.Count-1; fileBuffer++)
    {
        for (int fileList = fileBuffer + 1; fileList < RadUpload1.UploadedFiles.Count; fileList++)
        {
            if (RadUpload1.UploadedFiles[fileBuffer] != RadUpload1.UploadedFiles[fileList])
            {
//....

should help you out You can use str.maketrans() and str.translate() for these kinds of translation jobs:
code :
trans_tab = str.maketrans(dict(zip(alphabet, special_alphabet)))
name = input('Please insert your name: ')
translated_name = name.translate(trans_tab)
print(translated_name)
In [15]: trans = str.maketrans({
    ...:     'A': 'A ',
    ...:     'm': 'M ',
    ...:     'i': 'I ',
    ...:     'n': 'N ',
    ...:     'e': 'E '
    ...: })

In [16]: input("> ").translate(trans)
> Amine
Out[16]: 'A M I N E '

this will help I had a bit of a wrestle with this problem recently, and the solution turns out to be fairly simple. You can retrieve the "visible list" by using getListAdapter() on the ListActivity, which reflects the current filtered view of the list.
For example, in your ListActivity subclass's onCreate():
