will be helpful for those in need Both PHP OpenSSL and phpseclib are libraries. The OpenSSL library for PHP of course always uses the external library written in C. With phpseclib you seem to have a choice of using PHP code or the OpenSSL external library (after taking a small look at the source provided by 1615903).
Note that OpenSSL is an extensive project, consisting of an implementation of SSL (e.g. used by the mod_ssl module of the Apache web server), a rather generic cryptographic library with support for PKI and CMS as well as a command line that uses those functions. So maybe that's what confused you; OpenSSL is used for this project as cryptographic library, it's not called by command line interface.

Confusing MVC and LINQ to SQL

Confusing MVC and LINQ to SQL

like below fixes the issue First, notice the date on that article. It's from 2009. That means it precedes Visual Studio 2010 and .net 3.5. The article is talking about Entity Framework 1.0, which had a large number of problems, and thus it was often recommended to use Linq to SQL rather than EF 1.0.
However, as of VS 2010 and EF 4.0, most of those concerns were addressed and EF is now the preferred method over Linq to SQL. L2S is still supported, but Microsoft is no longer doing any major improvements to it.

Confusing regarding .get and .set in an ArrayList

I wish this helpful for you A .get() will not automagically get elements from a List which does not have that many elements. Note: list indices, like arrays, start at 0.
If you do:
code :
final List<Integer> = new ArrayList<Integer>();
list.add(1); // append an element
list.get(0); // returns element at index 0
list.get(1); // IndexOutOfBoundsException!
// start from an empty list
list.set(1, 32); // IndexOutOfBoundsException!
list.set(0, 32); // OK
count.set(idx, count.get(idx) + 1);
Why are contains and add confusing each other?

Why are contains and add confusing each other?

I wish this help you You are getting ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException because you are trying to find an index of a string which is not present in the list. To resolve this, you should be adding ! before list.contains(s.substring(i, j))
After you add this, your code compiles and run but you get an empty array. This happens because of line i = j;.

it fixes the issue , The reason is that, in the partial statement
code :
cin >> start >> tmn >> dis[start][tmn]
for (int i = 0; i < e; i++)
     cin >> start >> tmn >> dis[start][tmn] >> cost[start][tmn],
         dis[tmn][start] = dis[start][tmn], cost[tmn][start] = cost[start][tmn];
for (int i = 0; i < e; i++)
    cin >> start >> tmn;
    cin >> dis[start][tmn] >> cost[start][tmn];

    dis[tmn][start] = dis[start][tmn];
    cost[tmn][start] = cost[start][tmn];
