wish help you to fix your issue What might be slowing down things significantly is the VARCHAR(50) PRIMARY KEY in two ways:
The PRIMARY KEY being active during insertion slows insertion down. Normally this doesn't matter and is the desired behavior because of the other things the PRIMARY KEY does, but for bulk INSERT operation of 74G the PRIMARY KEY might just be in your way, performance wise. The PRIMARY KEY being a VARCHAR(50) makes a slow PRIMARY KEY.
code :
CREATE TABLE Person (
    id INT PRIMARY KEY AUTO_INCREMENT,
    name VARCHAR(50)
);

I wish did fix the issue. Since streaming has a limited payload size, see Quota policy it's easier to talk about times, as the payload is limited in the same way to both of us, but I will mention other side effects too.
You need to implement the limits properly:

I wish did fix the issue. Direct import
An alternative to the Java application approach is a database approach. All major databases have tools which can import data directly from a text file to table.
