Hope that helps I am aware that similar questions to this have been asked, but I have looked through these and am absolutly baffled as to a) how they work, and b) how I could adapt them to fit my purpose. I have therefore started a new question.
code :
var arr = [12.44, 10.33, 17.45, 10.33],
    lowest = Math.min.apply(Math, arr), //.. 10.33
    index = $.map(arr, function(o,i) { if (o === lowest) return i; }), //.. [1,3]
    numOfTimes = index.length; //.. 2

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Try this for potential speed boost over the other solution. Will however use a lot more memory on large data sets.
code :
<?php

$orig = array(
    1   => 10,
    2   => 11,
    3   => 12,
    4   => 12,
    5   => 12,
    6   => 13,
    7   => 13
);

$seen  = array();
$dupes = array();

foreach ($orig as $k => $v) {
    if (isset($seen[$v])) {
        $dupes[$k] = $seen[$v];
    } else {
        $seen[$v] = $k;
    }
}
unset($seen);

var_dump($dupes);

code :
var testArray = [
        ['2011-08-01 20:46:04',10,40,20,20],//same time
        ['2011-08-01 20:46:04',20,45,25,70],

        ['2011-09-01 17:02:04',20,35,15,25],

        ['2012-10-01 16:55:44',30,30,10,30],//same time
        ['2012-10-01 16:55:44',40,45,13,23]
    ],
    dictionary = {}, result = [];

testArray.forEach(function(element) {
    var time = element[0],
        currentValues = element.splice(1),
        storedValues;

    if(!dictionary[time]) {
        dictionary[time] = currentValues;
    }

    storedValues = dictionary[time];

    currentValues.forEach(function(currentElement, index) {
        storedValues[index] = (currentElement + storedValues[index]) / 2;
    })
});

for(var property in dictionary) {
    if(dictionary.hasOwnProperty(property)) {
        result.push([property].concat(dictionary[property]));
    }
}

console.log(result);

This might help you I have an array , Try this:
code :
$input = array(
    array('a'=>'street1', 'b'=>'area1', 'c'=>'zip1'),
    array('a'=>'street2', 'b'=>'area1', 'c'=>'zip1'),
    array('a'=>'street3', 'b'=>'area1', 'c'=>'zip2')
);

$result = array();
foreach($input as $address) {
    foreach($address as $field=>$value) {
        if (!isset($result[$field])) $result[$field] = array();
        $result[$field][] = $value;
    }
}

foreach($result as $key=>$values) {
    $result[$key] = array_unique($values);
}
$result = array();
foreach($input as $address) {
    foreach($address as $field=>$value) {
        if (!isset($result[$field])) $result[$field] = array();

        if (!in_array($value, $result[$field])) {
            $result[$field][] = $value;
        }

it should still fix some issue I have associative array like below , Try:
Use array_filter() to get all duplicate values from array
code :
$array = array(1=>0, 2=>1, 3=>1, 4=>2);
$counts = array_count_values($array);
$duplicates = array_filter($array, function ($value) use ($counts) {
    return $counts[$value] > 1;
});
print '<pre>';print_r($duplicates);

$result=array_diff($array,$duplicates);
print '<pre>';print_r($result);
Array
(
    [2] => 1
    [3] => 1
)

Array
(
    [1] => 0
    [4] => 2
)
