fixed the issue. Will look into that further I have a class as follows: , There are a few ways this could be done:
Option #1
code :
@POST
@Consumes(MediaType.APPLICATION_XML)
public void create(User user) {
    user.setId(0);
    entityManager.persist(customer);
}
@POST
@Consumes(MediaType.APPLICATION_XML)
public void create(UserWithoutID userWithoutID) {
    User user = new User();
    // Copy from userWithoutID to user
    entityManager.persist(customer);
}

this will help With additional class Search, but this class is private nested class, and not used outside of Mapping class.
public API of class Mapping returns url as expected
code :
@XmlAccessorType(XmlAccessType.FIELD)
class Mapping
{
   @XmlAccessorType(XmlAccessType.FIELD)
   private static class Search
   {
      private String channel;
      private String url;
   }

   private Search search;

   public String getUrl()
   {
      return search == null ? null : search.url;
   }
}

Any of those help I have found a sample XJC plugin which does something quite similar, it allows to suppress types on the package level and to manipulate classes and properties as shown below.
code :
<jxb:bindings schemaLocation="Person.xsd">
    <tpi:package removeClass="com.captech.person.Extra"/>
    <jxb:bindings node="//xs:complexType[@name='Name']">
        <tpi:class getLastName="public synchronized"
                    setFirstName="public synchronized"/>
        <tpi:class setLastName="public synchronized"/>
        <jxb:bindings node=".//xs:element[@name='FirstName']">
            <tpi:property modifiers="private"/>
        </jxb:bindings>
    </jxb:bindings>
</jxb:bindings>

I wish this help you Well, hj:ignored is the answer. It allows you to make Hyperjaxb ignore certain classes.
Here's an example:

Hope that helps Option 1 One pure JaxB way to do this is via defining your adapter for Options element. The adapter is used to more or less turn any xml into any object and vice versa (Custom marshaling).
code :
    @XmlJavaTypeAdapter(OptionsAdapter.class)

    public class OptionsAdapter extends extends XmlAdapter<Element, Options> {

    @Override
        public Element marshal(Options v) throws Exception {
            // put your marshaling logic here
        }

        @Override
        public Options unmarshal(Element node) throws Exception {
           // put your unmarshaling logic here
        }

    }

Then in the class holding the options element you will have:

    public class ClazzHoldingOptions {

      @XmlJavaTypeAdapter(OptionsAdapter.class)
      private Options options;

    }
     @XmlPath("AllowUnspecifiedParameters/Header/text()")
     private String  header;

https://www.eclipse.org/eclipselink/api/2.4/org/eclipse/persistence/oxm/annotations/XmlPath.html
    @XmlJavaTypeAdapter(OptionsAdapter.class)

    public class OptionsAdapter extends extends XmlAdapter<Element, Options> {

    @Override
        public Element marshal(Hashmap v) throws Exception {
            // put your marshaling logic here
        }

        @Override
        public HashMap unmarshal(Element node) throws Exception {
           // put your unmarshaling logic here
        }

    }

Then in the class holding the options element you will have:

    public class ClazzHoldingOptions {

      @XmlJavaTypeAdapter(OptionsAdapter.class)
      private HashMap options;

    }
