Send radio box value with $_POST

it helps some times Try this it will work :
Unchecked radio elements are not submitted as they are not considered as successful. So you have to check if they are sent using the isset or empty function.
code :
<?php
    if(isset($_POST)) {
        echo '<pre>';
        print_r($_POST);
        echo '</pre>';
    }
?>

<form action="test.php" method="POST">
    <input type="text" name="name">
    <input type="text" name="email">
    <input type="radio" name="Gender" value="1"/>Male
    <input type="submit" name="submit" value="submit"/>
</form>

Any of those help This is kinda tricky. If the radio button is toggled, it appears in $_POST. If it isn't toggled, it does not get submitted and therefore isn't in $_POST. The same thing is true with checkboxes.
set $_POST value when radio button is selected

it fixes the issue Its better if you can use a hidden field in the form and update its value with the id of the selected radio button and when the form will be posted you can get its value and more over this after once you changed the value of the hidden field you can access it with javascript also with id attibute and can get it in the post by name attribute
add a hidden field named
code :
<input type="hidden" id="checked_radio" name="checked_radio" value="" />
<input type="radio" id="foo" name="foo" onclick="document.getElementById('checked_radio').value=this.value;" />

I hope this helps . Remove value='$type' for your radio input, since it's named,
and you're declaring it in your 2nd file $type=$_POST['CardType'];

Does that help PHP's standard form parsing system (which populates $_POST) can't handle multiple bits of form data with the same name (unless that name ends with the characters []).
Change the name of the submit button.
