I wish this help you should have added "android.permission.INTERNET" and "android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" android permissions in the AndroidManifest.xml.
code :
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"></uses-permission>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"></uses-permission>

this one helps. It is quite natural that you get Permission Denied error. This is simply because you don't have correct permission :). Check out android permission model!
Imagine a scenario like a normal user in an operating system and you write a program which tries to open a socket like yours. You would most probably face the same problem, depending on where the named socket is to be created.

like below fixes the issue Hi guys I'm getting an android app but when I launch it I get an error in my console. I'm using a Datagram socket to create a connection and I'm using 2 classes: MainActivity (it's the main activity of the app) and UdpClientServer to create the connection. , Try adding the following:
code :
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />

Hope this helps I found this article SELinux prevents ipset from creating a netlink socket, and I disabled SELinux, then it worked. I don't know why.

this one helps. android:isolatedProcess
If set to true, this service will run under a special process that is isolated from the rest of the system and has no permissions of its own. The only communication with it is through the Service API (binding and starting).
