To fix this issue Don't use a single query. That's just asking for trouble. It's not hard to use Excel to create several queries.
Since you neglected to supply the actual schema for your table, I'm assuming the name is smf_works_works, that id_work is the primary and only key, and that id_upload in Excel should be assigned to the id_upload field of smf_works_works. I'm also assuming all fields are integer or numeric fields.
code :
=CONCATENATE("INSERT INTO smf_works_works (id_work, id_upload) VALUES (",B2,",",A2,") ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE id_upload = ",A2,";")

I wish this helpful for you Generate a unique ID for each script (just a random integer usually works fine for these purposes).
Run an UPDATE table SET status = WHERE status = 0 LIMIT 500 query from each process.

seems to work fine As far as I know there are no built in functions to achieve what you want.
The easiest way to get GPU acceleration when doing custom image manipulations on the pixel level is using the Accelerate.framework. Accelerate will use the 'best execution path' based on available hardware.

it fixes the issue So here is my solution, I have no idea how efective is for 2mil rows, in case you want to do it in SQL.
code :
Declare @string varchar(50) = '12/Nov/2014:08:52:22'
SELECT CONVERT(datetime,REPLACE(SUBSTRING(@string,0,CHARINDEX ( ':' ,@string , 0)),'/',' ')
 +' '+
SUBSTRING(@string,CHARINDEX ( ':' ,@string , 0)+1,LEN(@string)),120)
REPLACE(SUBSTRING(@string,0,CHARINDEX ( ':' ,@string , 0)),'/',' ')
 SUBSTRING(@string,CHARINDEX ( ':' ,@string , 0)+1,LEN(@string)),120)

Does that help Use an "Update-Select". I think it should be the fastest way to update many rows. Therefore see this question: MySQL - UPDATE query based on SELECT Query

this one helps. We can replicate the sequence of rows by the 'Dupl' column to expand the dataset and then use Reduce to update the 'Amount1' column
code :
library(data.table)
dt[, i1 := seq_len(.N)][rep(seq_len(.N), pmax(Dupl, 1))][,
  Amount1 := Reduce(function(x, y) x/2, Amount1, accumulate = TRUE),
     i1][, i1 := NULL][]
#   ID Amount1 Amount2 Dupl
#1:  A     100    1500    2
#2:  A      50    1500    2
#3:  A     200    1500    0
#4:  B     300    2400    1
#5:  B     400    2400    3
#6:  B     200    2400    3
#7:  B     100    2400    3
dt[, i1 := seq_len(.N)][rep(seq_len(.N), pmax(Dupl, 1))][,
    Amount1 := c(first(Amount1), Amount1[-1]/seq(2,
           length.out = .N-1, by = 2)), i1][, i1 := NULL][]
library(dplyr)
library(tidyr)
library(purrr)
dt %>%
   mutate(i1 = row_number()) %>%
   uncount(pmax(Dupl, 1)) %>%
   group_by(i1) %>%
   mutate(Amount1 = accumulate(Amount1, ~ .x/2)) %>%
   ungroup %>%
   select(-i1)
# A tibble: 7 x 4
#  ID    Amount1 Amount2  Dupl
#  <chr>   <dbl>   <dbl> <dbl>
#1 A         100    1500     2
#2 A          50    1500     2
#3 A         200    1500     0
#4 B         300    2400     1
#5 B         400    2400     3
#6 B         200    2400     3
#7 B         100    2400     3
