it helps some times If I understand you right, you can use this query to remove all CarFeatures for a cerain MarkID:
code :
DELETE FROM CarFeature
WHERE RecID IN (
    select RecID
    from Record
    where Markname IN (
        select Markname
        from Marks
        where MarkID = @MarkID
    )
)

around this issue Since that sub-select returns more than one value, you need to use IN - not an = equals sign:
code :
Delete From TelephonesOrg
where ID = 1
  AND Telephone IN (Select Telephone from @TempTels)

Hope that helps If you are just looking to write a delete statement based on your query above, I would use EXISTS query to handle both columns (RequestID and Product) at the same time.
code :
DELETE
FROM ProductLog
WHERE EXISTS (
        SELECT *
        FROM (
            SELECT RequestID
                ,Product
            FROM ProductLog
            WHERE DATE < '201505161505'

            EXCEPT

            SELECT RequestID
                ,Product
            FROM ProductLog p
            WHERE NOT EXISTS (
                    SELECT *
                    FROM ProductLog p1
                    WHERE p.product = p1.product
                        AND DATE > '201505161505'
                    )
            ) t
        WHERE t.RequestID = ProductLog.RequestID
            AND t.Product = ProductLog.Product
        );

I wish this helpful for you I think you should use something like this (deleted is an "internal" representation of all records deleted during the operation which recall the trigger):
