I think the issue was by ths following , there is two separate processed running on same PC i want to communicate between this two process. like pass some data from one process to other .
code :
WCF
ChannelServices.RegisterChannel( new TcpChannel( PORT_NUMBER) );

RemotingServices.Marshal( your_remoted_class, "name_connection" );
string remoted_url = "tcp://localhost:<your_port_number>/connection name";

remoted_object = (RemotedClass)RemotingServices.Connect

( typeof(RemotedClass), remoted_url );

this one helps. This is fine, traffic is short-circuited in the TCP/IP driver stack. There is no great difference with any other IPC mechanism, it just takes a memory-to-memory copy so operates at bus speeds. 5 gigabytes/sec typ with a microsecond or so for overhead. Plus whatever context switching needs to happen, by far the largest cost. A named pipe will operate the same. This falls off a cliff of course once you need to go through a NIC.

With these it helps Step 1: If you are using an IDE then during project-creation it will most likely ask 'console-app' vs. 'window-app'. Choose window-app, which means that it will start without opening a console.
code :
LRESULT CALLBACK WndProc(HWND hWnd, UINT message, WPARAM wParam, LPARAM lParam)
{
    int wmId, wmEvent;
    PAINTSTRUCT ps;
    HDC hdc;
    switch (message)
    {
    #define IDT_TIMER1 123 // todo find out which numbers are allowed
                           // which depends on windows AND your organization
    case WM_CREATE:
        SetTimer(hWnd, IDT_TIMER1, 1000, (TIMERPROC) NULL);
    break;
    case WM_TIMER:
        switch (wParam) {
        case IDT_TIMER1:
            Beep(100,50);
        break;
        }
    break;
    case WM_COMMAND:
    ...

should help you out You may handle WM_QUIT as suggested above. There is also WM_QUERYENDSESSION and its family.
For service that without GUI, use RegisterServiceCtrlHandlerEx to get notified.

may help you . instead of iterate print statement in reverse, you can save the result in variable, maybe something like this
code :
dec = 22 #1
result = '' #2
while dec > 0: #3
    i = (dec % 2) #4
    result = str(i) + result #5
    dec = dec // 2 #6
print(result) #7

I think the issue was by ths following , Windows Services is your bet. You can build a companion service, and use them both to keep an eye on each other to make sure they're both always running.
The easiest way to build a Windows Service is with TopShelf. If your app needs a GUI you can build a self-hosted WCF Service into your Windows Service and make the GUI your WCF Client.
