With these it helps It is possible to do with bash the following process? , You can use this awk command:
code :
awk 'BEGIN{FS=OFS=";"}
   NR==1{print $0,"\"Category\"";next} {
   split($3, a, " ");
   printf "%s%s%s %s\"\n", $0, OFS, a[1], a[2]
}' file

help you fix your problem Column A contains the distances, and B the values (B is actually the "third column" from your spreadsheet).
We copy down the values in column E, so they populate automatically, 1.6 apart. Be sure to go one further than you need, to include the end-point of the last interval.
In python, how can I search a specific column for a specific value in a txt file then return the specific value's row?

hop of those help? First of all, I have recently started studying python. So I am a beginner. , Try something like this:
code :
with open('file.txt', 'r') as f:
    for line in f:
        if line.startswith('1113'):
            line = line.split()
            x = int(line[1])
            y = int(line[2])

it should still fix some issue The issue here is that you are importing your data using csv.DictReader, while at the same time you are exporting the data with csv.writer. csv.writer expects an iterable (list or tuple), but the row values are dictionaries. So, the best way to save your data would be to stay consistent and use csv.DictWriter. The following should work:
code :
import csv

with open("file.csv", "rb") as f:
    reader = csv.DictReader(f, delimiter=',')
    with open("newfile.csv", "wb") as f_out:
        writer = csv.DictWriter(f_out, fieldnames=reader.fieldnames, delimiter=",")
        writer.writeheader()
        for row in reader:
            if row['Packets_Type'] == 'ICMP_tt':
                writer.writerow(row)
