How do I change the displayed time format after NSTimer is initiated?

around this issue The problem is that you have two different updateTimers -- self.updateTimer the class variable and updateTimer the local variable. You're invalidating the class variable, but initializing and running multiple local NSTimers with different locales during each call to startTimer. That's why you see this "flickering" -- it's because multiple NSTimers are setting the label using different localeValues.
To fix this, change:
code :
NSTimer *updateTimer = [NSTimer scheduledTimerWithTimeInterval:1 target:self selector:@selector(updateTime:) userInfo:timeFormatter repeats:YES];
self.updateTimer = [NSTimer scheduledTimerWithTimeInterval:1 target:self selector:@selector(updateTime:) userInfo:timeFormatter repeats:YES];

Does that help You can't. Invalidate the timer, and create a new one with a different time interval.
You can change the fire time. So if you want to change the time interval after the first firing only, create the timer with that time interval, then change the firing time so that the timer is fired the first time at the time you want.

seems to work fine NSTimer calls the selector passed in the selector: parameter on the thread for which the timer was scheduled. This may or may not be the main thread.

hope this fix your issue When you use momentJs you have to use an entire date string, you could just append any date to it and it should work for you:
code :
    stateTimeConfig.labels = data.map(item => moment('2019-01-01 '+ item.state_time).format('HH:mm'))

To fix this issue I have an NSTtimer implemented and it's working fine. I also have the time interval argument connected to a UISlider for the iPhone. However when I change it's value the NSTimer is still running at the original time interval it does not get updated. How can I implement an NSTimer and have it change it's time interval as the value of my UISlider changes. Below is the line I am using for the NSTimer. , You can't I'm afraid. Invalidate it with:
