I hope this helps . How about using infinite loop, and use break statement to get out of the loop if the condition met:
code :
while True:
    line = raw_input()
    if line == '0 0 0':
        break
    # do something with `line`
for line in iter(raw_input, '0 0 0'):  # will keep call `raw_input` until meet 0 0 0
    # do something with `line`

With these it helps I have the PHP code as below: , This is a way you could do it by using the PHP-function explode.
code :
$textFile = file_get_contents("test.txt");

                $lineFromText = explode("\n", $textFile);

                $row = 0;
                foreach($lineFromText as $line)
                {
                        if($row <= 10)
                        {
                        $words = explode(";",$line);
                        echo $words[5] . ' ' . $words[6] . ' ' . $words[7] . ' ' . $words[8];
                        $row++;
                        }
                }

Hope this helps You're not using inline flag in sed and that is not saving the file in place. Use your loop like this:
code :
while read -r line; do
   sed -i.bak "/$line/{N;d;}" SedTest.fasta
done < SedTest.names

will be helpful for those in need How to read the text file line by line and save even numbering lines to even.txt and odd numbering lines to odd.txt in c# ? , What you want is something like this:
code :
string ln = string.Empty;
int c = 0;

using (StreamWriter odd = new StreamWriter(@"C:\Users\rdaniel\Desktop\odd.txt"))
using (StreamWriter even = new StreamWriter(@"C:\Users\rdaniel\Desktop\even.txt"))
using (StreamReader dr = new StreamReader(@"C:\Users\rdaniel\Desktop\example.txt"))
{
    while (ln != null)
    {
        ln = dr.ReadLine();
        c += 1;
        if (c % 2 == 0)
        {
            even.WriteLine(ln);
        }
        else
        {
            odd.WriteLine(ln);
        }

I wish did fix the issue. I want to write a bash that it reads a file line by line as a variable and in the output it prints the total number of lines, the number of each line, and the value of each line. for example: file.txt :

hope this fix your issue For this you'll need a custom collection type, an array that you can continually add to, but doesn't resize and instead deletes the old entries. I came up with this after trying for a few minutes, it is extremely rough, no validation for anything and may contain logic errors for some cases, but it seems to work. (Also I'm not happy with the class name, so if you have a better idea tell me)
code :
class SizeLimitedList<T> : IEnumerable<T>
{
    private T[] _internalArray;

    private readonly int _capacity;

    public SizeLimitedList(int capacity)
    {
        _internalArray = new T[capacity];
        _capacity = capacity;
    }

    public SizeLimitedList(IEnumerable<T> collection)
    {
        _internalArray = collection.ToArray();
        _capacity = _internalArray.Length;
    }

    public void Add(T item)
    {
        MoveArray(1);
        _internalArray[_capacity - 1] = item;
    }

    public T[] GetLastEntries(int n)
    {
        return _internalArray.Skip(_internalArray.Length - n).ToArray();
    }

    public T GetLastEntry()
    {
        return _internalArray[_internalArray.Length - 1];
    }

    private void MoveArray(int by)
    {
        Array.Copy(_internalArray, 1, _internalArray, 0, _capacity - 1);
    }

    public IEnumerator<T> GetEnumerator()
    {
        return _internalArray.AsEnumerable().GetEnumerator();
    }

    IEnumerator IEnumerable.GetEnumerator()
    {
        return GetEnumerator();
    }
}
var list = new SizeLimitedList<string>(maxLinesKept);
var file = new StreamReader(@"C:\My\Path\To\File.txt");
while((line = file.ReadLine()) != null)
{
    list.Add(line);
    if (/* Condition that requires you to read the last n lines */)
    {
        var lines = list.GetLastEntries(nLinesToGet);
        // Do whatever with these last lines
    }
}
Print Next Line:
Hello
This line will not be printed
Print Next Line:
World
var list = new SizeLimitedList<string>(1);
var file = new StreamReader("example.txt");

while((line = file.ReadLine()) != null)
{
    if (list.GetLastEntry() == "Print Next Line:")
        Console.WriteLine(line);

    list.Add(line);
}
Hello
World
