Misunderstanding of Instances and Declarations

I wish this help you The line public static Board board; declares a variable that can refer to a board. In a way, think of it like a box - you created an empty box. It has nothing in it, but you now have the ability to put something in that box.
Each part of the statement tells you something about the box:

I wish this help you The below code creates an array of your groups and then iterates through it, invoking a call to a Foo method for each of your instantiations (foo[0-8]). It makes a few assumptions about the contents of the arrays involved (namely the bounds on i and j), but it should do for the example, and should be easy enough to customize to your liking:
code :
#include <iostream>

// Example Foo class (instantiated with foo[0-8]).
class Foo
{
    public:

        Foo(int x)
        {
            bar = x;
        }

        void FooMethod()
        {
            std::cout << bar << std::endl;
        }

    private:

        int bar;
};

int main(int argc, char* argv[])
{
    // Instantiate foo[0-8].
    Foo foo0 = Foo(0);
    Foo foo1 = Foo(1);
    Foo foo2 = Foo(2);
    Foo foo3 = Foo(3);
    Foo foo4 = Foo(4);
    Foo foo5 = Foo(5);
    Foo foo6 = Foo(6);
    Foo foo7 = Foo(7);
    Foo foo8 = Foo(8);

    // Declare Foo group arrays of, type Foo*.
    Foo* group0[] = { &foo0, &foo1, &foo2 };
    Foo* group1[] = { &foo3, &foo4, &foo5 };
    Foo* group2[] = { &foo6, &foo7, &foo8 };

    // Declare Foo* group array to hold Foo groups, of type Foo**.
    Foo** groups[] = { group0, group1, group2 };

    // Iterate through Foo groups and over each individual Foo object.
    for (int i = 0; i < 3; ++i)
    {
        for (int j = 0; j < 3; ++j)
        {
            // Do something with Foo (i.e. invoke its member method).
            groups[i][j]->FooMethod();
        }
    }
}

difference between the three declarations of Generic class instances

difference between the three declarations of Generic class instances

I wish did fix the issue. The second and third lines are examples of creating generic arrays. The second one is not reifiable. That means that the type isn't available at runtime.
The JLS, Section 15.10, covers array creation:
`extern` declarations and following defintions of class template instances with and without parameter lists

I think the issue was by ths following , Consider following code: , clang is right in all five of your snippets.
code :
extern X<> foo; // type: X<>
X foo; // CTAD => type: X<>
extern X foo; // invalid
X<> foo; // ok => type: X<>
extern X<> foo; // type: X<>
X<> foo; // type: X<>
X foo;

it fixes the issue Context Consumer receives a value from nearest Provider.
In case is a child of , doesn't affect it.
code :
const foo = 1; // won't affect inner scope any way
{
  const foo = 2;
  console.log(foo); // 2
}

hope this fix your issue I am using the following flags (where cc is either gcc 4.2 or clang 8.0): , In this code snippet
code :
  vec3 a = Vec3(0, 1, 2);
  vec3 b = Vec3(0, 1, 2);

  vec3 abc = {0}; // Declared after a function call
  vec3 a = Vec3(0, 1, 2);;
                       ^^^^
  vec3 b = Vec3(0, 1, 2);
