Does that help I'm working on a function and need to know how to reference the incoming parameters. , Try something along these lines:
code :
fn1 <- function(df_in){ in_nam <- deparse(substitute(df_in) )
         col_names <-paste(in_nam, names(df_in), sep="$")
         cat(col_names) }

> dfrm <- data.frame(a=1:10, b=letters[1:10])
> fn1(dfrm)
#dfrm$a dfrm$b

hope this fix your issue I'm trying to edit a piece of code written by a development company, which uses the following construct a lot: , you will have to refactor this part:
code :
function  grabdata($parameter1, $parameter2,$parameter3,$parameter4,$parameter5,$parameter6,$parameter7){
function  grabdata($vars){
extract($vars);

I wish this helpful for you I am afraid there isn't a better way. Depending on how frequently you need to initialize SomeTrait, you could write a factory method to reduce some of that boilerplate.
code :
trait SomeTrait {
  def param: String
}

object SomeTrait {
  def apply(param: String): SomeTrait = {
    val _param = param
    new SomeTrait {
      def param = _param
    }
  }
}

def func(param: String) = {
  SomeTrait(param)
}

seems to work fine Your first example is very close, but you need to include {p} between the method name and the signature like this:
code :
function add{p}(a::Intp{p},b::Intp{p})
    return Intp{p}((a.v + b.v) % p)
end

it fixes the issue I have been creating a game, similar to agar.io, but have noticed some strange behaviour when passing an object into a function. ,
update({x: gameData.x, y: gameData.y});
code :
function update(data){
    return { x: data.x + 1, y: data.y + 1 }
}
gameData = update(gameData)

like below fixes the issue In portable (standard) C, you can't do what you show. You have to specify the dimension before the matrix. The original code in the question was:
code :
void print_matrix(M, dim)
     unsigned dim;
     int (*M)[dim][dim];
{
void print_matrix(unsigned dim, int (*M)[dim][dim]);
void print_matrix(unsigned dim, int M[dim][dim]);
struct entry
tester (int len; char data[len][len], int len)
{
  /* … */
}
