will help you You can use Console.WindowTop and Console.WindowWidth of the System.Console class to set the location of the console window.
Here is an example on MSDN
code :
class Program
{
    const int SWP_NOZORDER = 0x4;
    const int SWP_NOACTIVATE = 0x10;

    [DllImport("kernel32")]
    static extern IntPtr GetConsoleWindow();

    [DllImport("user32")]
    static extern bool SetWindowPos(IntPtr hWnd, IntPtr hWndInsertAfter,
        int x, int y, int cx, int cy, int flags);

    static void Main(string[] args)
    {
        Console.WindowWidth = 50;
        Console.WindowHeight = 3;
        Console.BufferWidth = 50;
        Console.BufferHeight = 3;
        Console.BackgroundColor = ConsoleColor.Black;
        Console.ForegroundColor = ConsoleColor.DarkMagenta;

        var screen = System.Windows.Forms.Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds;
        var width = screen.Width;
        var height = screen.Height;

        SetWindowPosition(100, height - 300, 500, 100);
        Console.Title = "My Title";
        Console.WriteLine("");
        Console.Write(" Press any key to close this window ...");

        Console.ReadKey();
    }

    /// <summary>
    /// Sets the console window location and size in pixels
    /// </summary>
    public static void SetWindowPosition(int x, int y, int width, int height)
    {
        SetWindowPos(Handle, IntPtr.Zero, x, y, width, height, SWP_NOZORDER | SWP_NOACTIVATE);
    }

    public static IntPtr Handle
    {
        get
        {
            //Initialize();
            return GetConsoleWindow();
        }
    }

}

wish help you to fix your issue Use Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds properties and set this.TopMost = true. this works:
code :
int y = Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds.Bottom - this.Height;
this.Location = new Point(0, y);
this.TopMost = true;

With these it helps Why does the sidebar need to be left: 50%, margin: -0.5width? You are not centering the sidebar itself, only the container div and that is taken care of by the margin: 0 auto. Unless I've missed something, you could simply not define left and apply a positive margin-left to push it in from the edge of #outsidecontainer. This works and doesn't appear to break anything in Chrome but I haven't looked at other browsers.

around this issue You should just add the background property in your footer instead.
Then you add some huge padding-bottom and add a negative margin-bottom of the same amount.

Hope this helps Instead of doing it in code, click on the UIButton in the scene or hierarchy then go into the inspector and in the top left of the transform component you will see a square, click it, hold shift and alt and then click the 'Bottom Left' square to latch it to that side of the screen.
