wish help you to fix your issue moving to a new table is best, but you can still achieve what you want here.
You will need two queries, in the first you get the distinct list of questions, something like:
code :
$stm2 = $pdo->prepare("SELECT distinct Q.URL, Q.Question FROM 1_quiz Q");
$stm2->execute(array('MyURL'=>$MyURL));

        FROM Tasks
        WHERE status = 'Done' AND completed_date = 'Today'

wish of those help I don't think there's a way to accomplish this in standard SQL. If you have a procedural language at your disposal, you could write a function to do it, but I think your subquery approach is straightforward and efficient enough.

To fix the issue you can do I have an sql statement that needs to be modified to any correct form of Linq (query syntax and/or lambda) -- any thoughts will be greatly appreciated: , Here's how I'd do it with method syntax.
code :
Table1.Where(t => t.UserId = userId)
      .OrderBy(t => t.CustomerName)
      .GroupBy(t => new {t.Customer_Num, t.Customer_Name})
      .Select(grp => new
      {
          grp.Key.Customer_Num,
          grp.Key.Customer_Name,
          Count = grp.Count(),
          State1Count = grp.Where(t => t.State = "State1").Count(),
          State2Count = grp.Where(t => t.State = "State2").Count(),
          USD_TOTAL_MRC_AMT_SUM = grp.Sum(t => t.USD_TOTAL_MRC_AMT_SUM) ?? 0
      })
      .Distinct();

I think the issue was by ths following , TRY THIS Everything is fine with your code just you have to group by only guest_id, if you add nights also in group by then COUNT & SUM will be calculated accordingly by grouping data using both the columns:
code :
select guest_id, count(nights) , sum(nights)
from booking
inner join guest on guest.id=booking.guest_id
where guest_id in(1185,1270)
group by guest_id

this will help I need some help with a SQL query. I have a table in a SQL server database with three fields. Field1, Field2 and DateField. I want to do a count of how many records at any given time are returned where Field1 matches a set variable, Field2 matches a set variable, and the DateField is on the same day (24 hr day from 12:00am - 23:59pm) , In a nutshell:
code :
and DateField >= TODAY and DateField < TOMORROW
and DateField >= cast(current_timestamp as date) and DateField < cast(dateadd(dd, 1, current_timestamp) as date)
