fixed the issue. Will look into that further , For latest start date and earliest end date you can use
code :
DateTime latestStartDate = xlinqInstruments.Max(i => i.Bars.Min(bar => bar.Time));
DateTime earliestEndDate = xlinqInstruments.Min(i => i.Bars.Max(bar => bar.Time));
var result = xlinqInstruments
                 .Select(i=>new Instrument()
                                    {
                                       Name = i.Name,
                                       Bars = i.Bars.Where(bar => bar.Time >= latestStartDate
                                                               && bar.Time <=earliestEndDate)
                                                    .ToList()
                                    });

help you fix your problem Here's the setup:
code :
var result = parents.Aggregate(
                     new
                     {
                         ChildrenA = Enumerable.Empty<Child>(),
                         ChildrenB = Enumerable.Empty<Child>()
                     },
                     (a, p) => new
                               {
                                   ChildrenA = a.ChildrenA.Concat(p.ChildrenA),
                                   ChildrenB = a.ChildrenB.Concat(p.ChildrenB)
                               });
var result = new
             {
                 ChildrenA = Enumerable.Empty<Child>()
                                       .Concat(parents[0].ChildrenA)
                                       .Concat(parents[1].ChildrenA)
                                       .Concat(parents[2].ChildrenA)
                                       ...,

                 ChildrenB = Enumerable.Empty<Child>()
                                       .Concat(parents[0].ChildrenB)
                                       .Concat(parents[1].ChildrenB)
                                       .Concat(parents[2].ChildrenB)
                                       ...
             };
var childrenA = new List<Child>();
var childrenB = new List<Child>();

foreach (var parent in parents)
{
    childrenA.AddRange(parent.ChildrenA);
    childrenB.AddRange(parent.ChildrenB);
}

var result = new
             {
                 ChildrenA = childrenA,
                 ChildrenB = childrenB
             };

hop of those help? I hope I understand your question clearly, but I think you mean something like this:
code :
var result = from objPt in lstTicketPrintingTrack
             join objtransDetail in lstTrans
             on new { t1 = objPt._id, t2 = } equals new { t1 = objtransDetail._id, t2 = }

             where objPt.Seg.Contains(objtransDetail.transSeq)
             select new { name = objPt.GetValue("_id").GetIntValue() };

To fix the issue you can do var output = Data.Select(list => list[2]).ToList();
This is a direct translation. I think it is much preferable to the manually written loop because it is less redundant and composes well.

like below fixes the issue You can use simple antijoin implemented with LINQ GroupJoin method/operator:
code :
IList<SampleSentence> whatINeed = New.GroupJoin(Old,
        newElement => newElement.Text, oldElement => oldElement.Text,
        (newElement, oldElements) => new { newElement, oldElements })
    .Where(match => !match.oldElements.Any())
    .Select(match => match.newElement)
    .ToList();
IList<SampleSentence> whatINeed =
    (from newElement in New
     join oldElement in Old on newElement.Text equals oldElement.Text into oldElements
     where !oldElements.Any()
     select newElement)
    .ToList();

Does that help Use Concat to merge the lists (converted to IEnumerable) and then run the Where and Distinct logic:
code :
result = userObj.foos.Cast<IFBBase>()
            .Concat(userObj.bars.Cast<IFBase>())
            .Where(x => !discludeTypes.Contains(x.GetType()))
            .Distinct()
            .ToList();
