Match indexOfVisiblePointClosestToPlotAreaPoint to one axis?

Match indexOfVisiblePointClosestToPlotAreaPoint to one axis?

To fix this issue The plot data is sorted from left to right. Find the data points on either side of the green line. It's trivial to determine which one is closer to the line. A simple linear search is fine if you don't have a lot of data. Use something more efficient like a binary search if you have many data points.

hope this fix your issue Try storing the returned value of the call to barplot() in a named object, and then passing that in to the at= argument of axis():
code :
xLabLocs <- barplot(test, space=0.4, xaxt='n', ann=FALSE)
axis(1, cex.axis=0.25, las=2, at=xLabLocs,
     space=0.4, labels=colnames(test))
Value:
     A numeric vector (or matrix, when ‘beside = TRUE’), say ‘mp’,
     giving the coordinates of _all_ the bar midpoints drawn, useful
     for adding to the graph.

To fix the issue you can do The problem with axis labels is in fact that bars are not centered on whole numbers. For example, make some data with ten rows and plot them with barplot(). Then add axis() for x axis at numbers from 1 to 10.
code :
set.seed(1)
x<-data.frame(v1=rnorm(10),v2=rnorm(10))
barplot(t(as.matrix(x)), col=c("cyan", "black"))
axis(1,at=1:10)
m<-barplot(t(as.matrix(x)), col=c("cyan", "black"))
m
 [1]  0.7  1.9  3.1  4.3  5.5  6.7  7.9  9.1 10.3 11.5
axis(1, at=m,labels=1:10)
m<-barplot(t(as.matrix(x)), col=c("cyan", "black"))
lab<-c("A","B","C")
axis(1, at=m[c(1,5,10)],labels=lab)

it fixes the issue I am using the following couple of lines to produce the below plot from rows of two 4X10 Matrix d1, and d2 in one graph: , This will probably be easier to control with abline:
code :
abline(v=x_axis_labels, h=y_axis_labels, lty=2, col='lightgray')
plot(as.matrix(d1[2,]), as.matrix(d2[2,]), type="o", col="red",
     ann=FALSE, pch=17, log = 'y',lty=4, axes=FALSE, las=2,
     panel.first=abline(v=x_axis_labels, h=y_axis_labels, lty=2, col='lightgray'))
3D Plot show wrong axis labels (X-axis has Y-axis name and Y-axis has X-axis name)

should help you out Note what the numpy.histogram2d documentation says concerning the output array:
code :
dz = hist.T.flatten()

wish of those help I have a grid with variable headers on the X and Y axis and values under some of those (think of an old distance to - from in the back of an old MAP) with the same headers on both axis however some headers will be repeated. i want to sum all the matches on my given singular criteria of the header
code :
=SUMPRODUCT($D$5:$P$35*($C$5:$C$35="SICK")*($D$4:$P$4="SICK"))
