How does java source code ultimately interact with files?

How does java source code ultimately interact with files?

I think the issue was by ths following , The InputStream and OutputStream classes do not provide any implementation themselves. They both are abstract classes that require derived classes to provide an implementation. For example, the read() method of the InputStream class is an abstract method:
code :
public abstract int read() throws IOException
public
class  FileInputStream extends InputStream
{
    /* (...) */

    public native int read() throws IOException;

    /* (...) */
}

This might help you Check if you have checked "Build Automatically" checkbox in Project menu:

around this issue Procyon is a Java decompiler written in Java, and it can be called directly from Java code. For example:
code :
final PrintWriter writer = new PrintWriter(System.out);

try {
    com.strobel.decompiler.Decompiler.decompile(
        "W:\\Hello.class",
        new com.strobel.decompiler.PlainTextOutput(writer)
    );
}
finally {
    writer.flush();
}

it should still fix some issue I can probably not answer all of the questions, but some background is:
In the Makefile at http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7/jdk7/jdk/file/9b8c96f96a0f/make/java/nio/Makefile, they are generating different java source files from the same template file through some preprocessor:
code :
...
$(BUF_GEN)/CharBuffer.java: $(X_BUF_TEMPLATE) $(GEN_BUFFER_SH)
    $(prep-target)
    @$(RM) $@.temp
    TYPE=char SRC=$< DST=$@.temp $(GEN_BUFFER_CMD)
    $(MV) $@.temp $@
$(BUF_GEN)/ShortBuffer.java: $(X_BUF_TEMPLATE) $(GEN_BUFFER_SH)
    $(prep-target)
    @$(RM) $@.temp
    TYPE=short SRC=$< DST=$@.temp $(GEN_BUFFER_CMD)
    $(MV) $@.temp $@
...

hope this fix your issue This is not an answer to the original question since I was unable to determine a viable way to change the outputted source code version, however, I found a workaround.
My original desire was to include the generated source files into my project and compile them myself. If instead I removed the -Xnocompile from the above command, making it:
code :
C:\temp>"%JAVA_HOME%\bin\wsimport" -d . -p com.package.name -keep -extension File.wsdl

I wish this help you Instead of reusing the Netbeans sources, you should probably just find a good library.
