this one helps. The GlobalFilters collection is accessible at GlobalFilters.Filters
You could find your attribute in the global collection with code like the following: var filters = GlobalFilters.Filters.Select(v => v.Instance).OfType();

To fix the issue you can do It looks like you're trying to make a navigation menu. The easiest way to do this is:
code :
$(function() {
    $('div.menuA div.float').click(function() {
        $(this).siblings('.selected').removeClass('selected').addClass('default');
        $(this).removeClass('default').addClass('selected');
    });
});
// finds all divs with class 'selected' in the div.menuA div
$('div.menuA').find('.selected');
// selects divs with the classes 'selected' and 'default'
$('div.menuA div.selected.default');

wish helps you Attributes are normal classes, which means you can define your own! For an example of how to do that, see here. What you put in the [] is the name of the class. What you put in the () is defined by what properties the attribute class has.
For example (this is from the MSDN article linked above), for the attribute class below:
code :
[System.AttributeUsage(System.AttributeTargets.Class)]
public class Author : System.Attribute
{
    private string name;
    public double version;

    public Author(string name)
    {
        this.name = name;
        version = 1.0;
    }
}
[Author("P. Ackerman", version = 1.1)]
class SampleClass
{
    // P. Ackerman's code goes here...
}
Where is OpenStruct#attributes coming from? Or how can I find where how a method has been added?

I hope this helps . To clearify a bit, it's not a new method (though it behaves like one).
In ruby 2.4 I inspected, method_missing in ostruct.rb handles call like attr= and attr without defining new methods. Some classes do define method on first use, but OpenStruct is not one of them.

To fix the issue you can do The settings you are trying to use are Project settings which is different from the Application configuration settings. Also you need to mark the properties with either one of the attribute:
code :
[System.Configuration.ApplicationScopedSetting]
public string SoundFile
[System.Configuration.UserScopedSetting]
public string SoundFile
System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["SoundFile"];
    public string SoundFile
    {
        get
        {
            return ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["SoundFile"];
        }

        set
        {
            ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["SoundFile"] = value;
        }
    }
