seems to work fine First of all use lowercase for variable names. Now, to take the 5th element of each list, from a list of lists, you can use map which applies a function to each item and returns the list of results:
code :
list_of_fifths = map(lambda x: x[4], Pressure)
# create many lists...
>>> list_of_lists = [range(i) for i in range(5, 15, 2)]
>>> list_of_lists
[[0, 1, 2, 3, 4], [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8], [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10], [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12]]
# take fifth element of each
>>> list_of_fifths = map(lambda x: x[4], list_of_lists)
>>> list_of_fifths
[4, 4, 4, 4, 4]

should help you out I use a loop to every time add a new list called lst to my txt file with this , Write a newline after every JSON dump:

with open('database.txt','a+') as myfile:
    json.dump(lst, myfile)
    myfile.write('\n')

I think the issue was by ths following , If you're trying to append the string n to the list names, you got the syntax backwards.
code :
names.append(n)
for i in range(1,6):    
    n = input("Enter a name: ")   
    names.append(n)

around this issue Whenever we write anything in to the text file, its data structure get converted in to string type only. So, when we load/open our text file and wish to retain its original data structure in which we wrote/stored in our file, we need to use ast Module / ****liter_eval inbuilt function in ast** ** .

file_object= open('lists.txt')
output_list=[]
for line in file_object:
    line=line.strip('\r\n')
    output_list.append(literal_eval(line))
print output_list

may help you . In extract_job_title_from_result = extract_job_title_from_result(soup), you have replaced the function extract_job_title_from_result by its result, which is a list.
So, the next time you try to call it, extract_job_title_from_result isn't the name of the function anymore, but refers to this list.

job_title = extract_job_title_from_result(soup)
print('job_title is: ', job_title)
