it fixes the issue , No need in regex, use DOM methods:
code :
var element = document.createElement("div");
element.innerHTML = responseText;

console.log(element.getElementsByTagName("a")[0].innerHTML);

this one helps. If you aren't specifically looking for a Regex to parse your entire data, here's one way to do it easily:
code :
var a = [ 'Total C.O.          UNICENTRO CALI                                               1,131,908       296,780       133,622       968,750',
  'Total C.O.          PLAZA CAICEDO                                                  988,721       272,182       114,641       831,180',
  'Total C.O.          COSMOCENTRO                                                    692,679       159,488        85,309       618,500',
  'Total C.O.          PASTO 2                                                      1,044,057       212,780       133,004       964,281'];

var b = [];
a.forEach(function(item){
    var splitItem = item.split(/\s\s+/),
    len = splitItem.length;
    b.push({"name":splitItem[1], "value":splitItem[len-1]});
});
console.log(b);

I hope this helps . I get that what you want are all the URLs (what's inside the double-quotes) and not an array full of "window.location" repeated several times:
See working code at http://phpfiddle.org/main/code/jg36-u109
code :
$regex[0] = '/window.location(\.href|\.assign)?\s*=\s*"(.+)"/i';
$regex[1] = '/window.location(\.assign|\.replace)\("(.+)"/i';
$regex[3] = '/(self|top)\.location\s*=\s*"(.+)"/i';

$urls = [];
foreach ($regex as $i => $r) {
    preg_match_all($regex[$i], $str, $matches);
    if (!empty($matches[2])) {
        $urls = array_merge($urls, $matches[2]);
    }
}

wish help you to fix your issue While there probably are better / more efficient solutions, this should work:
code :
1. (\w+/NN)(\s(\w+/NN))*
2. (\w+/DT\s)?(\w+/JJ\s)?(\w+/NN)(\s(\w+/NN))*
3. (\w+/CD\s)?(\w+/DT\s)?(\w+/JJ\s)?(\w+/NN)(\s(\w+/NN))*
4. (\w+/DT\s)?(\w+/JJ\s)?(\w+/NN)(\s(\w+/NN))*(\s\w+/CD)?
5. ((<3>)|(<4>))\s((\w+/CC)|(\w+/PE))\s((<3>)|(<4>))
