this one helps. It's an example of an iOS 8 Extension.
The ShareExtension is basically a very lightweight View that you register with iOS. It tells iOS that when the user chooses to "Share" from another App, your app is an available target. The other App is the "host" app that will receive whatever content the user is choosing to share. There are other flavors of extension that will either have no host app, or have a pre-determined host like the Photo editor.

Does that help You need to reference that shared resource from each project's App.xaml:
code :
<Application
    ...
    xmlns:lib="clr-namespace:YourApp.LibClassProj;assembly=YourApp.LibClassProj">

    <Application.Resources>
        <ResourceDictionary>
            <ResourceDictionary.MergedDictionaries>
               ...
            </ResourceDictionary.MergedDictionaries>

            <lib:LocalizedStrings x:Key="LocalizedStrings"/>
        </ResourceDictionary>
    </Application.Resources>
</Application>
<TextBlock Text="{Binding Source={StaticResource LocalizedStrings}, Path=LocalizedResources.strTestButtonTitleClose}"/>

Does that help You can work around the PHPStorm settings for git credentials at the git level if you update your repositories to reference their remotes via ssh rather than https.
You can update local repositories to another remote with the git remote set-url command.

hop of those help? Check in command-line, and look for any .git subfolder.
If you find only one:

main-folder
  .git
  project1
  project2
main-folder

help you fix your problem For that kind of things, I prefer to have a separate Class Library Project, with one (or more) static classes storing the (static) properties. Then add a reference to that project from every project that needs to have those properties in sync, and all those projects will have the same values and you have to change it in only one place.
For example, let's say that I have the same app in web and desktop form. Things like connection strings and such will have to be the same for both. So I will create three projects:
