Hope this helps Looks like you are mixing concepts. First let's see the define() definition (suppose the file is headerDropdown.js):
code :
define('headerDropdown',['jquery', 'bootstrap']),function(jquery, bootstrap){
     var $menu = $(".menu");
     var $dropdown = $menu.find("ul");
    $menu.on("click", function () {
       $dropdown.toggle("fast");
    });
 };

I hope this helps . The answer is to load all of your JavaScripts using a module loader and don't look back. I seriously think that's the only solution. Developing a widget which uses a module loader in a world where most client sites haven't gone to that point yet causes you to use some old school mentality.
Now if I could just get the +50 points I pissed away on this question back :)

around this issue I am going to define my model in require js and i need knockout and knockout validation plugin in my module and also jquery . , Your model works fine with me, here's my require config:
code :
requirejs.config({
  baseUrl: '/Scripts',
  paths: {
    'jquery': 'jquery-1.9.1.min',
    'knockout' : 'knockout-2.3.0',
  }
});
// myModel.js is the file containing your model code.
require( ["myModel", "knockout"], function(model, ko){
  ko.applyBindings(new model());
});
define(["knockout","jquery","knockout.validation"], function (ko,$,validation) {
// knockout model here with some knockout validation

  return function SignUpViewModel() {
    var self = this;
    self.name = ko.observable();
    self.email = ko.observable().extend({ required: true });
    self.password = ko.observable().extend({
       required: true,
       minLength: 6
    });
    self.confirmPassword = ko.observable().extend({ mustEqual: self.password() });
    self.company = ko.observable();
    self.availableCountries = ko.observableArray(['Pakistan', 'USA', 'Egypt', 'UAE']);
    self.selectedCountry = ko.observable();
    self.errors = ko.validation.group(self);
  };
});

will be helpful for those in need From my colleague, who provided the correct solution to my problem, and kindly told me to RTFM: http://requirejs.org/docs/api.html#errbacks
Keeping "normal" declaration of require.config, just add an error callback to handle the case when the module can't be found.
code :
require(['lodash', 'utils'], function (_, utils) {
    ...code and stuff
    require(['analytics'], function (analytics) {
        // normal execution

    }, function (error) {
        // continue with stub of analytics
        // or not run analytics dependent code at all

    });

should help you out When you applyBindings, knockout evaluates all its binding strings.
In the case of click: QuickReplyToSpecificRequestByManager(@item.Id), it will initialize the click binding (left of the :), by evaluating the part right of the :.
code :
click: QuickReplyToSpecificRequestByManager.bind($data, @item.Id)

I wish did fix the issue. I dont think there is a way to add a property via the require registration (could be wrong?). I would simply add the .js file to the bundle, or in the page, and modify the library js like so...
