Pseudo currency regex

fixed the issue. Will look into that further I need to validate currency values under $100, allowing the user to optionally leave out the decimal place. The dollar sign and comma are not needed (or allowed). Another validation component constrains the upper and lower values, so the regex expression only needs to validate 1 or 2 digits, with an optional decimal and 2 more digits. , Something like
code :
^\d{1,2}(\.\d{2})?$

wish of those help Pseudo-classes are used to select elements according to information that you can't otherwise express using attributes, IDs or classes (or any other info available through the DOM). For example, :root, :first-child, :last-child, :lang() and :not().
Pseudo-elements are mock elements that you can apply styles to selectively as part of other actual elements, but aren't themselves members of the DOM. For example, content fragments such as ::first-line and ::first-letter, or generated content such as ::before and ::after.

I wish did fix the issue. The regex pattern that will match your input string is .*?\://.*?mysite\.com.*?. The double backslash \\ will match a literal \.
You do not need any list for special character, Regex.Escape() does it all for you.
code :
    string srinput = "www.ads://fkdsmkdsf.mysite.comkmdfgkkdf";
    string srRegexPattern = "*://*mysite.com*";
    srRegexPattern = Regex.Escape(srRegexPattern).Replace("\\*", ".*?");
    bool blResult = Regex.IsMatch(srinput, srRegexPattern);

wish helps you You're shadowing currency in the for loop. Look at this code for a simpler example: https://play.golang.org/p/UFmwqQ4JZtG
First assignment to currency -> func (s *Foo) validateCurrency(currency string) error {
