With these it helps Try this: http://jsfiddle.net/7ku10n0t/27/
Inserting an element into the head can be done with document.head.appendChild. However, you'll want to make sure you don't try inserting the element multiple times, which (depending on browser) might cause some funky things to happen.
code :
  <div>
        <textarea id="editor2" onblur="changeStyles();" style="width: 300px; height: 100px;"></textarea>
        <p class="class1">This is class 1</p>
        <p class="class2">This is class 2</p>
    </div>

<div>
    <textarea id="editor2" onblur="changeStyles();" style="width: 300px; height: 100px;"></textarea>
    <p class="class1">This is class 1</p>
    <p class="class2">This is class 2</p>
</div>

<script>
function doOnLoad() {
    var newstyle = document.createElement("style"); //Create a <style> element
    newstyle.id = "customStyle";
    document.head.appendChild(newstyle);
};
// best practice is really to call this on DOMContentLoaded ($() for jquery)
doOnLoad();

function changeStyles() {
    var newstyle = document.getElementById("customStyle");
    var text2 = editor2.value; //Get the css rules that the user entered.
    newstyle.innerHTML = text2;  //Add the rules in that element.
}
</script>

Does that help If there is browse_by_exam or my_study_centre in the 1st position starting from project_name as in , I found the solution myself. The following worked:-
code :
############Following rules apply only to browse_by_exam and my_study_centre

RewriteCond $1 !^(index\.php|resources|robots\.txt)
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond $1 ^(browse_by_exam|my_study_centre)

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php [L,QSA]
#################################################

###Following rules apply to all other pages (other than browse_by_exam and my_study_centre)
RewriteRule ^([a-zA-Z0-9\-\_]+)/?$ index.php?a=$1

RewriteRule ^([a-z0-9\-\_]+)/([a-z0-9\-\_]+)/?$ index.php?a=$1&b=$2

RewriteRule ^([a-z0-9\-\_]+)/([a-z0-9\-\_]+)/([a-zA-Z0-9\-\_+]+)/?$ index.php?a=$1&b=$2&c=$3

RewriteRule ^([a-z0-9\-\_]+)/([a-z0-9\-\_]+)/([a-zA-Z0-9\-\_+]+)/([0-9]+)/?$ index.php?a=$1&b=$2&c=$3&d=$4

hop of those help? It's doing exactly what you're telling it, namely creating a "Bootstrap-styled" button and placing a non-Bootstrap-styled submit button inside it.
Try simply adding the btn class to your submit button:
code :
<%= f.submit , :class => "btn" %>

I think the issue was by ths following , The DOMDocumentReady event fires exactly once on the page, when the entire HTML document has been loaded and parsed, so any DOM element you should be able to expect be on the page, will be.
Any DOM elements you add to the page from this point on, need to be decorated again. This can be as simple as calling the DOMDocumentReady handler again, in which case you'd want to make it a named function, and pass that named function to $(document).ready(...). Something like this:
code :
var onReadyHandler = function() { };
$(document).ready(onReadyHandler);
$.ajax({
   success: function(html) {
      $("ol#list-feed").prepend(html);
      onReadyHandler();
   }
});

help you fix your problem My solution was to extend the ValidationAttribute class and implement the IClientValidatable interface. Below is a complete example with some room for improvement:
code :
using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations;
using System.Reflection;
using System.Web.Mvc;

namespace WebApplication.Common
{
    [AttributeUsage(AttributeTargets.Property, AllowMultiple = false, Inherited = false)]
    public class RuntimeRequiredAttribute : ValidationAttribute, IClientValidatable
    {
        public string BooleanSwitch { get; private set; }
        public bool AllowEmptyStrings { get; private set; }

        public RuntimeRequiredAttribute(string booleanSwitch = "IsRequired", bool allowEmpytStrings = false ) : base("The {0} field is required.")
        {
            BooleanSwitch = booleanSwitch;
            AllowEmptyStrings = allowEmpytStrings;
        }

            protected override ValidationResult IsValid(object value, ValidationContext validationContext)
            {
                PropertyInfo property = validationContext.ObjectType.GetProperty(BooleanSwitch);

                if (property == null || property.PropertyType != typeof(bool))
                {
                    throw new ArgumentException(
                        BooleanSwitch + " is not a valid boolean property for " + validationContext.ObjectType.Name,
                        BooleanSwitch);
                }

                if ((bool) property.GetValue(validationContext.ObjectInstance, null) &&
                    (value == null || (!AllowEmptyStrings && value is string && String.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(value as string))))
                {
                    return new ValidationResult(FormatErrorMessage(validationContext.DisplayName));
                }

                return ValidationResult.Success;
            }

        public IEnumerable<ModelClientValidationRule> GetClientValidationRules(ModelMetadata metadata,
            ControllerContext context)
        {
            object model = context.Controller.ViewData.Model;
            bool required = (bool)model.GetType().GetProperty(BooleanSwitch).GetValue(model, null);

            if (required)
            {
                yield return
                    new ModelClientValidationRequiredRule(
                        FormatErrorMessage(metadata.DisplayName ?? metadata.PropertyName));
            }
            else
            //we have to return a ModelCLientValidationRule where
            //ValidationType is not empty or else we get an exception
            //since we don't add validation rules clientside for 'notrequired'
            //no validation occurs and this works, though it's a bit of a hack
            {
                yield return
                    new ModelClientValidationRule {ValidationType = "notrequired", ErrorMessage = ""};
            }
        }
    }
}

Any of those help Found the solution by myself. By letting the rule to apply when there is no resource sent at all (delete), it also gets write permission. The rest of the create/update code is sent to an OR expression.
code :
match /img {
    match /{fileId} {
        allow read,
        write: if request.resource == null ||
            (request.resource.contentType.matches('image/jpeg')
            || request.resource.contentType.matches('image/png')
            || request.resource.contentType.matches('image/gif')
            && request.resource.size < 2 * 1024 * 1024)
    }
}
