will help you Absolutely possible. You just need yo place your code AFTER the relevant html elements definition. You just need to avoid referencing elements that are not yet created.
For instance, this code would perfectly work outside document ready event
code :
<div id="myDiv"></div>
<script>
    $('#myDiv').hide(); // <-- will hide 'myDiv' since the element is already created
</script>
<script>
    $('#myDiv').hide(); // <-- won't hide 'myDiv' since the element is not created yet
</script>
<div id="myDiv"></div>

I wish this helpful for you I'm trying to assign some attributes to some html tags as soon as they load to the page by Ajax, but I don't want to write any Javascript in my page. foe example I have the the html like below:(remember that this comes via ajax, not on page load) , Sure, put it in the success of the ajax call.
code :
$("someelemnt").load("somepage.html",function(){
    // do something.
});

this one helps. I think what's happening is that your call to jQuery("#Press_Form_Devices_List").load(Press_Type_Value); loads "0" or "1" into the div, resulting in a 404 not found.
Then you load the "add_offset.php" or "add_digital.php" which works.
code :
<select name="Press_Type" id="Press_Type">
    <option value=0></option>
    <option value=0>Offset Press</option>
    <option value=1>Digital Press</option>
</select>

<br><br>

<div id="Press_Form_Devices_List">

</div>

<script type="text/javascript">

jQuery("#Press_Type").change( function() {

    var Press_Type_Value=jQuery("#Press_Type").val();

    if (Press_Type_Value=="1"){
        jQuery("#Press_Form_Devices_List").load("add_digital.php");
    } else if (Press_Type_Value=="0"){
        jQuery("#Press_Form_Devices_List").load("add_offset.php");
    }

})

</script>

I wish this helpful for you Well this should work. Put this in your parent page. I ve modified your script a bit
code :
$("#nav_page_a").on("click", function () {
    $("#load_here").load("link 1.php", function(){
        $("#submit_product").on("click", function() {
            var category_key = $("#category_key").val(),
                branch_code = $("#branch_code").val(),
                product_name = $("#product_name").val(),
                pieces = $("#pieces").val(),
                measurement = $("#measurement").val(),
                price = $("#price").val(),
                reorder = $("#reorder").val(),
                exp_date = $("#exp_date").val(),
                note = $("#note").val();
            if (exp_date == '' || reorder == '' || category_key == '' || pieces == '' || price == '' || branch_code == '' || measurement == '' || product_name == '') {
                window.alert("Insertion Failed, Some Fields are Blank....!!");
                return false;
            }
            if(pieces < reorder){
                window.alert("Re-order Level cannot be greater than pieces available!!");
                return false;
            }
            // Returns successful data submission message when the entered information is stored in database.
            $.ajax({
                url : "scripts/products.php",
                data : { "category_key1" : category_key, "branch_code1" : branch_code, "product_name1" : product_name, "pieces1" : pieces, "measurement1" : measurement, "price1" : price, "reorder1" : reorder, "exp_date1" : exp_date, "note1" : note},
                dataType : "html",
                type : "post"
            }).done(function(data) {
                window.alert("Product successfully created!!!");
                $('#register_formProduct')[0].reset(); // To reset form fields
            });
            return false;
        });
    });
 });

How to make jQuery code work when page loads using lazy load

wish help you to fix your issue The code which you've written is on page load, so the elements which are ready when the document is loaded it is working fine.
To work as expected, for the lazy load of the components, you need to instantiate the same method while you are loading the components using lazy load.
