hope this fix your issue You'll need to iterate through it.
The easiest way to do so is to use the provided Arrays.deepToString() which searches for arrays within the array. Note that it, like Arrays.toString(), is only available in Java 1.5+ although I certainly hope that you are using Java 5 by now.
code :
int[][] myArray = { { 1, 2, 3 }, { 4, 5, 6 } };
System.out.println(Arrays.deepToString(myArray));
int[][] myArray = { { 1, 2, 3 }, { 4, 5, 6 } };
for(int[] arr : myArray)
    System.out.println(Arrays.toString(arr));

will be helpful for those in need To output only the first 5 elements, use array_slice:
code :
array_slice($arr, 0, 5)
foreach ($arr AS $index => $value) {
        // Remove the element if the index contains non-alpha characters
        if (preg_match('/[^A-Za-z]/', $index))
                unset($arr[$index]);
}

To fix this issue Maybe this will help.... Links itself is a JSONArray so you have to iterate through it also.
code :
for (int i = 0; i < parselength; i++) {

            arraynode = jsonarray.getJSONObject(i);
            ID[i] = arraynode.getString("Id");
            City[i] = arraynode.getString("City");
            Etag[i] = arraynode.getString("ETag");
            Address[i] = arraynode.getString("Address");

            JSONArray jsonarraylink = new JSONArray(arraynode.getJSONArray("Links").toString());

            int linklength = jsonarraylink.length();
            Links[i] = new String[linklength];
            for (int j = 0; j < linklength; j++) {
                linknode = jsonarraylink.getJSONObject(i);
                Links[i][j] = linknode.getString("Href");
                System.out.println(linknode.getString("Href"));
            }
            //JSONArray innerLink = new JSONArray(arraynode.getString("Links"));

            strCSV += Etag[i] + "," + ID[i] + "," + City[i] + "," + Address[i] + "\r\n";    //
        }

should help you out Try this code below, $wholeArr is variable which holds your full array value
code :
     foreach( $wholeArr as $group ){
        foreach( $group as $groupKey => $groupValues ){
           foreach( $groupValues as $groupVal ){
             echo $groupVal["group_name"]."<br/>";
           }
         }
       }

around this issue Use display(x) instead of print(x).
Note that print(x) can be useful in situations where you need copy-paste-runnable code.

I wish this help you Stream the arrays, collect the stream to a List and then convert to an array. Something like,
code :
Object[][][] total = Stream.of(obj1, obj2, obj3, obj4)
        .collect(Collectors.toList()).toArray(new Object[0][0][0]);
