I hope this helps you . This is how I would do it: I declare a variable and place it under Form1 Class:
code :
Public Class Form1
Dim cnt as Integer = 1
cnt +=1
Dim sqlquary = "SELECT * FROM bazatestna.Users Limit " & cnt & ", 1"
 Private Sub Form1_Load(sender As System.Object, e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load
    mysqlconnection = New MySqlConnection()
    mysqlconnection.ConnectionString = " Hidden "
    Try
        mysqlconnection.Open()
    Catch myerror As MySqlException
        MessageBox.Show("Cannot connect to database: " & myerror.Message)
    End Try

End Sub

I think the issue was by ths following , If you are using JDBC, you should check the addBatch method. Here is a good tutorial for efficient inserts: http://viralpatel.net/blogs/batch-insert-in-java-jdbc/
I would recommend the SQL injection safe mechanism.
User is able to click a button multiple times when it should close the form after the first click

wish help you to fix your issue The user is able to click the button multiple times due to the lag between form submission to the server and response content coming from the server.
Disable or hide the button just before return true; in ValidateUserPasswordSignPopup.
code :
var submittedFlag = false;
function ValidateUserPasswordSignPopup(userTxtBox, PassTxtBox)
{
  if (submittedFlag)
    return false;

  ...

  submittedFlag = true;
  return true;
}

it should still fix some issue Just like @Math10 suggested, a better way to handle this would be by showing a loading indicator:
code :
public onLogin(): void {
  let loading = this.loadingCtrl.create({
    content: 'Please wait...'
  });

  // Show the loading indicator
  loading.present();

  // your code...

  // After the server returns a response, you can hide the loading indicator
  loading.dismiss().then(() => {
    // here you can redirect the user to the next page or show an error
  });
}
when I click add button multiple times it should show I am here div with delete button with multiple times

around this issue First thing is you should not use this.setState multiple times, instead you should do them in one line. And instead of pushing data into class variables, you should set that data into your state variable and the same variable you should use in your render function. It will be good if you can share your complete code..
