Does that help
Please explain to me how they are calculating 1024 pages at the end?
code :
Entry |   Page Memory Location
------------------------------------------
    1 |          0
    2 |       4096
    3 |       8192
  ... |        ...
 2^20 | 4294963200 ->  (2^32 - 1) - 4096

Do page table entries at each level in a Two-Level Paging system have to be the same size?

I hope this helps you . There is no reason that they need to be the same size other than to simplify the implementation. In fact, in some systems (such as x86), the p2 field you show can be part of the offset for some pages and not others, to allow multiple page sizes.
Why is the page size of Linux (x86) 4 KB, how is that calculated?

I wish this help you The default page size is fixed by what the MMU (memory management unit) of the CPU supports. In 32-bit protected mode x86 supports two kinds of pages:
normal ones, 4 KiB huge ones, 4 MiB

With these it helps Do you mean to use two pages or UserControls?
If you're using UserControls, it's a classic Master - Details scenario, you can find an example here: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/332615/WPF-Master-Details-MVVM-Application.

Any of those help the basic requirement for multilevel paging is pagetable size less than equal to frame size, and since frame size equals page size, so page table size less than equal to page size.

help you fix your problem NoPages = locations/pagesize = (2^16)/(2^10) = 2^6 so there are 2^6 entries in the page table
NoFrames = physicalMemory/pagesize = (2^15)/(2^10) = 2^5 so there are 2^5 frames each entry in the page table is 5 bits long therefore the size of an entry is 2^5 = 32 bytes
