With these it helps Most .NET 1.1 programs should work fine on .NET 2 and even .NET 4 runtimes. The framework has the capability in place of running older versions. The only exceptions are if the application makes use of something that changed between framework versions (so called breaking changes).
Having said that, I don't understand why .NET 2 is not supported as long as .NET 3 and 3.5, since 3 and 3.5 are supersets of .NET 2.

To fix the issue you can do continue is used to skip the rest of the current loop, and start with the next iteration. You can put a number behind it to tell how many loop levels out are to be skipped to the end of their iteration. If you don't specify a number, the defailt is 1.
But what you are putting behind continue not a number, but statements. Try to do the statements first, and then do continue;
code :
if ( empty( $info['http_code'] ) )
    continue $scrape[$tracker] = self::set_error( new Exception( 'Tracker request timeout (' . $timeout . 's)' ), true );
elseif ( $info['http_code'] != 200 )
    continue $scrape[$tracker] = self::set_error( new Exception( 'Tracker request failed (' . $info['http_code'] . ' code)' ), true );
if ( empty( $info['http_code'] ) ) {
    $scrape[$tracker] = self::set_error( new Exception( 'Tracker request timeout (' . $timeout . 's)' ), true );
    continue;
} elseif ( $info['http_code'] != 200 ) {
    $scrape[$tracker] = self::set_error( new Exception( 'Tracker request failed (' . $info['http_code'] . ' code)' ), true );
    continue;
}

This might help you I am not sure if this helps but I had the same problem.
You are using springSecurityFilterChain with CSRF protection. That means you have to send a token when you send a form via POST request. Try to add the next input to your form:
code :
<input type="hidden"
name="${_csrf.parameterName}"
value="${_csrf.token}"/>

I wish did fix the issue. This appears to be only a warning and does not affect the sending and/or receiving of the message. When I tested this against a real SQS queue, I could both send and receive messages.
However, when using elasticMQ on my local box as a replacement for the real SQS, it was failing to process the message. It looks like an issue with that tool rather than Spring.
