To fix the issue you can do bthDispositivosArea, your ArrayAdapter is null because you haven't initialized it anywhere. And you're trying to add something to a null object.

hope this fix your issue I created a receiver, when my headset connected to my test device, i was able to receive the android.bluetooth.device.action.ACL_CONNECTED, but when i manually disconnect or power off the headset, it didn't broadcast anything. I was expecting to receive "android.bluetooth.device.action.ACTION_ACL_DISCONNECTED". , There's a typo, action should be (no ACTION_ in the string):
code :
<action android:name="android.bluetooth.device.action.ACL_DISCONNECTED" />

To fix this issue I don't know when you send your broadcast, but here's the problem: when you call your getJSON you're telling android to run an instance of your BackgroundTask in another thread. So he executes your
code :
JSONObject jsonObject= new JSONObject(json_string); // and all the rest
@Override
protected void onPostExecute(String result) {
   // This is called when you finish your background task
   // so here is the right place to parse your json response and add yout markers :)
    json_string=result;
    try {
        JSONObject jsonObject= new JSONObject(json_string);
        JSONArray jsonArray = jsonObject.getJSONArray("response");

        int i=0 ;
        Double latitude, longitude;
        while (i<jsonArray.length()){
            JSONObject jo= jsonArray.getJSONObject(i);
            latitude = jo.getDouble("latitude");
            longitude = jo.getDouble("longitude");
            map.addMarker(new MarkerOptions()
                    .position(new LatLng(latitude,longitude))
                    .icon(BitmapDescriptorFactory.fromResource(R.drawable.taxi))
                    .title("taxi"));
            i++;
        }

    } catch (JSONException e) {
        e.printStackTrace();
    }

}
@Override
public void onReceive(Context context, Intent intent) {

    getJSON();
    lngg= intent.getDoubleExtra("longitude",-1);
    latt= intent.getDoubleExtra("latitude",-1);

    map.addMarker(new MarkerOptions()
            .position(new LatLng(latt,lngg))
            .icon(BitmapDescriptorFactory.fromResource(R.drawable.locationpeople1))
            .title("I am here "));
}

wish of those help The correct procedure for BT device discovery on Marshmallow is as follows:
1) Have ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permission requirement in manifest along with usual bluetooth permissions:
code :
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.BLUETOOTH" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.BLUETOOTH_ADMIN" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" />
protected void checkLocationPermission() {
    if (ContextCompat.checkSelfPermission(this, Manifest.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)
            != PackageManager.PERMISSION_GRANTED) {

        ActivityCompat.requestPermissions(this,
                new String[]{Manifest.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION},
                REQUEST_COARSE_LOCATION);
    }
}

@Override
public void onRequestPermissionsResult(int requestCode,
                                   String permissions[], int[] grantResults) {
    switch (requestCode) {
    case REQUEST_COARSE_LOCATION: {
        if (grantResults.length > 0
                && grantResults[0] == PackageManager.PERMISSION_GRANTED) {
            proceedDiscovery(); // --->
        } else {
            //TODO re-request
        }
        break;
    }
}
}
BluetoothAdapter.startDiscovery()
protected void proceedDiscovery() {
    IntentFilter filter = new IntentFilter(BluetoothDevice.ACTION_FOUND);
    filter.addAction(BluetoothDevice.ACTION_NAME_CHANGED);
    registerReceiver(mReceiver, filter);

    mBluetoothAdapter.startDiscovery();
}
