DocumentDb and how to create folder?

this one helps. You could define a sequential naming convention and create a range index on the collection indexing policy. In this way, if you need to retrieve a range of documents, you can do it in this way, which will leverage the indexing capabilities of docdb efficiently.
As a recommendation, you can examine the charge response header on the requests you fire off during your tests. This allows you to gauge how efficient your setup is (how stringent it is against the Db, which will translate into your cost structure for the service)

I wish this helpful for you DocumentDB does not have native support for defining unique constraints. The id property is a special exception in which it is the primary key for a document and must be unique.
You can leverage DocumentDB's triggers to implement a unique constraint on other document properties. I have a sample trigger on Github here.

Any of those help Partition key must be specified as an array (with a single element). For example:
code :

it helps some times There is now an official .Net Core SDK you can obtain and use, just like the previous SDK, from Nuget.
In case you need a full sample you can take a look at a GitHub repo I published which covers the most common scenarios.

it helps some times My guess would be that this is a backend/server requirement. CosmosDB does its internal routing to the compute resources based on the partition key header. They don't need to look at the actual document for this. On the other hand, the document still needs to contain the partition key value - probably because it is very natural in most cases. Supporting a scenario where the partition key value would not be part of the document is probably not desired.
This explains why the header exists.
