will be helpful for those in need TCP connections are stream oriented. There is no concept of message. Therefore is is very likely (at least on a bad network), that one of your Write() will be received with multiple Read(), or that multiple Write() will be received with a single Read(). You should never rely on Read() to break your stream in messages/requests.
The usual way is to know in advance what you will receive, or to send a size before actual data of unknown size. With TCP, data is guaranteed to be transmitted uncorrupted, so you should rely on this instead. Of course, a big problem can always occurs and reset the connection, but then you will have an exception, and handle it separately.

With these it helps msg[] is declared as char which is not guaranteed to be unsigned. Use unsigned char.
Both of lines
code :
            printf("%d\n",msg[3-i]);
            term = msg[3-i];

I wish this help you First stating the obvious, "\x41" is one byte with hex 41 aka ASCII 'A'. C strings also have a terminating \x00 following it. So you are writing
code :
\x00\x2C\x02\x00\xE0\x00
try (InputStream ins = new BufferedInputStream(sock.getInputStream())) {
    int byteRead;
    while ((byteRead = ins.read()) != -1) {
        System.out.printf("%02X%n", byteRead & 0xFF);
    }
} // Closes

this one helps. Clients can communicate with each other across protocols and transport mechanisms without issue. A STOMP client on WebSocket or any other port (TCP, SSL, etc) can send to a Topic and an AMQP, MQTT or OpenWire client can receive the message so long as the protocol supports the content of the message, same goes for the reverse case of AMQP, MQTT or OpenWire sending and STOMP receiving.
The case you've mentioned is pretty standard. The code you've posted appears to be using the OpenWire client to send to a Topic "vrwrThreat". The URI used in the connection factory is slightly off in that you added the '/stomp' which is meaningless. Since you are sending to a Topic you need to ensure that the client that is to receive the message is active at the time of transmission otherwise the message will be dropped. Also you need to ensure that both are operating on the same Topic which is unclear from your code snippets.

I wish did fix the issue. Create a "Health Pack" prefab from the editor. If you need more information about prefabs, the information is out there on the web. To create a prefab, simply drag and drop a GameObject from the scene to your project. Its name in the scene will become blue. You can delete it from the scene and it will still be in the project. Drag the prefab from the project to the HealthPack slot in the inspector of your ennemy. The ennemy will now have a reference to the prefab. When you want to create a new health pack, you can use the Object.Instantiate static method as specified by rutter. Here is the official doc. When you instantiate your new Health Pack, I guess you want it to appear where the ennemy is, wich means you'll want to use one of the method's overloads which takes a Vector3D position as a parameter, which will most likely be transform.position. Since those methods also ask for a Quaternion, just pass in the Quaternion.identity constant.
This is how your code could look:
code :
 if (randChance < percentDrop)
 {
     Object.Instantiate(HealthPack, transform.position, Quaternion.identity);
 }

To fix the issue you can do This is because xhaltTimer4 is synchronous method call, it won't wait for ms. Inside this you are posting one Runnable,which will run after some delay. You should try to move loadNextFlag() inside run() method of runnable like this
