wish of those help The URLClassLoader class already has a close() method. The close() method will close any Jar file that are opened with the URLClassLoader. This should prevent the "file already in use" exception.

code :
<target name="-package-resources" depends="-crunch">
     <exec executable="${aapt}" failonerror="true">
        <arg value="package" />
        <arg value="-f" />
        <arg value="--auto-add-overlay" />
        <arg value="-M" />
        <arg path="${basedir}/AndroidManifest.xml" />
        <arg value="-S" />
        <arg path="${resource.absolute.dir}" />
        <arg value="-S" />
        <arg path="${basedir}/${android.library.reference.1}/res"/>
        <arg value="-A" />
        <arg path="${asset.absolute.dir}" />
        <arg value="-I" />
        <arg path="${android.jar}" />
        <arg value="-F" />
        <arg path="${out.absolute.dir}/${resource.package.file.name}" />
        <arg value="--rename-manifest-package" />
        <arg value="pokit.campus.${university.name}" />

will be helpful for those in need So, I have a function that reads file data, in this case image size. But after it's done it doesn't seem to properly release the files. I can't move those files afterwards. If I don't call this function everything works, but if I do I always get "file in use.. blah blah blah" , This stream should also be closed:
code :
new FileInputStream(file.toString())

wish helps you By default when you use Image.FromFile it will lock the file until the image is disposed.
As per the MSDN resources
code :

Image img;
using (var bmpTemp = new Bitmap("image_file_path"))
{
    img = new Bitmap(bmpTemp, true);
}
