seems to work fine @dee provided the correct answer.
The Errorhandler: is just a place holder. It does NOT operate like you think. You are using it like an If... Then... statement:
code :
If Error Then
   Show MsgBox
Else
    Skip MsgBox
End If
Exit Sub

Errorhandler:
    MsgBox "An export sheet for this ticker and timeline already exists"

End Sub

I think the issue was by ths following , This is because your browser is an instance of Firefox, not the class you have defined.
code :
class Test(unittest.TestCase):
    def setUp(self):
        self.browser = Browser()
    def test_Can_Login(self):
        self.browser.GoTo("http://www.google.co.in")
class Browser(webdriver.Firefox):
    def GoTo(self, url):
        self.get(url)

wish helps you Here's a simple batch file I made up. Get user input to create a duplicate of every batch file with a different extension. It works, but I'm having problems with my help flag
code :
@ECHO off
REM Backup.bat, 10/10/2013, Josh Barber

cls
echo Choose an extension
Set /P var= Enter a file extension:

if "%var%" == "" goto help
copy H:\Lab5\*.bat H:\Lab5\*.%var%

goto end

:help

echo Please choose a file extension

goto :end
:end

echo Process complete

pause

this one helps. For that case you should use Exit Sub or Exit Function and let your hello label to the last part of code. See sample:
code :
Sub test()

    f = 5

    On Error GoTo message

check:
    Do Until Cells(f, 1).Value = ""

        Cells.Find(what:=refnumber, After:=ActiveCell, LookIn:=xlFormulas, _
              lookat:=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlNext, _
              MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False).Activate
    Loop

    Exit Sub

message:
    MsgBox "There is an error"
    f = f + 1
    GoTo check

End Sub

this one helps. The error is happening because you're using a GoTo within a With block and the block is being taken out of scope. Avoid the With block, or avoid the GoTo statements (usually frowned upon except for very specific uses).
This can also be improved by using a Chart and Series and Worksheet object which will make the code a bit more legible :) We can also improve the nesting of the if/else condition using If/ElseIf/Else, and you should use your variables (e.g., c1, c2 instead of repetitively referring to them by their .Cells identifiers :)
code :
Dim cht as Chart
Dim srs as Series
Dim wsRTS as Worksheet
Set cht = ActiveChart
Set wsRTS = wb.Worksheets("RTS Raw Data")

With wsRTS
    Do Until .Cells(1, k) = ""
      'If these Cells are on wsRTS, you could put the entire DO LOOP inside the WITH block.
      Set c1 = .Cells(3, k)
      Set c2 = .Cells(lr, k)

      If c1.Value <> "-999" Then
          'Use your c1,c2 range objects to define the series range!
          Set srs = cht.SeriesCollection.Add(Source:=.Range(c1, c2))
          srs.XValues = .Range("B3:B" & lr).Value
          srs.Name = .Cells(2, k)
          srs.AxisGroup = xlPrimary
      ElseIf c1.Value = "-999" Then
          mcwb.Shapes("CheckBox" & 8 + k).TextFrame.Characters.Text = "Unused"
      Else
          mcwb.Shapes("CheckBox" & 8 + k).TextFrame.Characters.Text = .Cells(2, k)
      End If
      k = k + 1
    Loop
End With
Do Until wb.Worksheets("RTS Raw Data").Cells(1, k) = ""
  Set c1 = Cells(3, k)
  Set c2 = Cells(lr, k)

  With wb.Worksheets("RTS Raw Data")
    If (.Cells(3, k) <> "-999") Then
        ActiveChart.SeriesCollection.Add Source:=.Range(.Cells(3, k), .Cells(lr, k))
        ActiveChart.SeriesCollection(11 + k).XValues = wb.Worksheets("RTS Raw Data").Range("B3:B" & lr)
        ActiveChart.SeriesCollection(11 + k).Name = wb.Worksheets("RTS Raw Data").Cells(2, k)
        ActiveChart.SeriesCollection(11 + k).AxisGroup = xlPrimary
    Else
        If (wb.Worksheets("RTS Raw Data").Cells(3, k) = "-999") Then
            mcwb.Shapes("CheckBox" & 8 + k).TextFrame.Characters.Text = "Unused"
        Else
            mcwb.Shapes("CheckBox" & 8 + k).TextFrame.Characters.Text = _ wb.Worksheets("RTS Raw Data").Cells(2, k)
        End If
    End If
  End With
  k = k + 1
Loop

wish of those help I heard these were dangerous, too.. I used one to simply make having a 'valid input' check easy. Here's the code , You missed & operator before info_check in scanf.
