How to install FitNesse on application server as war/ear

How to install FitNesse on application server as war/ear

wish of those help I do not believe it is possible, but even if you were to get the wiki running inside an app server, a test run would still try to start a new java process (by starting the java executable) so you still need access to that executable.
But does the test environment really need to be in the app server? I usually use FitNesse to test an application from the outside: the test framework makes remote (http) calls to an application running in an app server, but it does not run in that same app server itself.

Any of those help What version of InstallShield and project type are you using? You probably want to configure your prerequisite as a "setup prerequisite" that gets ran by setup.exe prior to your main installer UI.

should help you out There are many ways to do what you describe. You could, for instance, create your own fixture (i.e. class containing test code) in Java that uses the stubs you generated to call your service. Or (what I prefer) is to call the services directly using HTTP posts, configured in the wiki, and execute XPath queries, configuring the XPaths either by writing Java code or on the wiki, on the responses you receive to check you service implementation.
The latter approach is supported by fixtures (and ready to run FitNesse installation) I put on GitHub (https://github.com/fhoeben/hsac-fitnesse-fixtures). For specific information on how to call a web service see https://github.com/fhoeben/hsac-fitnesse-fixtures/wiki/4.-XmlHttpTest-Examples and https://github.com/fhoeben/hsac-fitnesse-fixtures/wiki/6.-SoapCallMapColumnFixture-Examples depending on whether you want to use Slim or Fit.

this will help As far as I know it's not possible to change FitNesse's behaviour in this respect, out of the box.
What you could try is creating a custom 'interaction' class (subclass of fitnesse.slim.fixtureInteraction.DefaultInteraction) that resolves classes and methods/functions in a different way.

Does that help I have to admit I've only done limited database tests with FitNesse, but I have used them (to query DB2). I did not use query tables (or wrote my own fixtures to query), but instead used jdbcslim in combination with script tables and scenario's.
That fact that the driver class cannot be found suggests that although the jar is present on the classpath in your IDE it is not available when FitNesse is running your fixture code.

To fix the issue you can do You're mistaken - to deploy a SQL Server CE 4.0 based application, you do NOT need to deploy and/or install any additional software to your client system - it suffices to include the necessary, relevant SQL Server CE 4.0 DLL's into your application (into the bin or lib folder or something), and just ship those files with your application. That's all you need - no server-side or client-side install needed ! (That's the WHOLE POINT of using SQL Server CE, after all!)
