help you fix your problem You don't have a WHERE clause in the query; it will return the entire table and this is not what you need. More, even if you add a WHERE clause, LEFT JOIN will still return more rows that you need.
A possible solution to your problem could be:
code :
SELECT p.part_id, p.part_name, GROUP_CONCAT(t.tag_name ORDER BY t.tag_name SEPARATOR '|') AS tags
FROM parts p
    INNER JOIN parts_to_tags pt ON p.part_id = pt.part_id
    INNER JOIN tags t ON pt.tag_id = t.tag_id
WHERE t.tag_name IN ('Hammer', 'Sledge')
GROUP BY p.part_id
// Sort the keywords ascending
sort($keywords);
// Concatenate them, use '|' as separator
$allTags = implode('|', $keywords);
// Get the result set
$parts = array();
foreach ($getInventory -> fetchAll() as $row) {
    // Keep only the parts that have all the tags
    if ($row['tags'] == $allTags) {
        $parts[] = $row;
    }
}
SELECT p.part_id, p.part_name, COUNT(t.tag_name) AS nbTags
FROM parts p
    INNER JOIN parts_to_tags pt ON p.part_id = pt.part_id
    INNER JOIN tags t ON pt.tag_id = t.tag_id
WHERE t.tag_name IN ('Hammer', 'Sledge')       # <----------------+
GROUP BY p.part_id        #                                       |
HAVING nbTags = 2 # The number of strings in this list ---+

I think the issue was by ths following , I believe that you want $ARGV[0] and not $ARGV[1]. You might also want to check to be sure that $ARGV[0] is present.
code :
if( 0 > $#ARGV )
{
  print "No command\n";
}
else
{
  while(1)
  {
    print "$count\n";
    my $ret = system( "ARGV[0]" );
    if( 0 != $ret )
    {
      print "<$ARGV[0] failed with $ret\n";
      exit;
    }
    $count++;
  }
}

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Not enough information. Well, not the right information. Since you didn't post, I'll have to assume...
First, what does your fetch request look like? Does it properly specify the objects to fetch? Does it have a sort descriptor (a requirement for a FRC fetch request)?

seems to work fine Basically, you should consider this rule as very important if you're exposing a Java API to the rest of the world. The link you provided perfectly explains why (a consumer of your API would be able to change the array at any time if you don't clone it).
If violations occur in your internal implementations (that no one else will ever touch or use), you can lower the severity of the violations as there's no risk that a third-party code can modify the array. However, don't forget that code lives and evolves, and some day even your internal classes may be exposed to the rest of the world.

wish of those help I think you are misunderstanding the JOIN operation. In Cosmos DB it's used for intra-document join, e.g. to combine data from document properties to fields of sub-array inside the same document. You can't use join to combine two documents.
The easiest way is just to query all the fields all the time, and then combine non-empty fields in your code.
