I wish did fix the issue. If I understood your question correctly, you want powershell to launch by default with the working directory of your project. What you need to do is create a profile and set it up.
You can do that by simply doing something of the sort of
code :
New-item –type file –force $Profile
notepad.exe $Profile
Set-Location C:\Path\To\Project
Clear-Host
. $Profile

code :

I hope this helps . PowerShell is a scripting language, not really a GUI language. It's possible to create GUI's with the help of tools like SAPIEN PowerShell Studio and others, by using Winforms or wpf.
In short, what you want is not possible I'm afraid, as there's no parameter for it.

may help you . Try the following function, which should work on Windows and Unix-like platforms (in PowerShell Core) alike:
code :
function global:prompt {
  $dirSep = [IO.Path]::DirectorySeparatorChar
  $pathComponents = $PWD.Path.Split($dirSep)
  $displayPath = if ($pathComponents.Count -le 3) {
    $PWD.Path
  } else {
    '…{0}{1}' -f $dirSep, ($pathComponents[-2,-1] -join $dirSep)
  }
  "PS {0}> " -f $displayPath
}
