it helps some times One approach would be to use a main loop asking for a file name and quitting program execution when no input is given.
Therefore I'd refactor most code of your main method into another function e.g. processFile(String fileName).
code :
public static void main(String args[]){
  Scanner sc = new Scanner(System.in);
  while(true){ //keep running till we break

    System.out.println("Enter filename or return blank line to quit");
    String fileName = sc.nextLine();

    if(fileName != null && !fileName.isEmpty()){
      processFile(fileName)
    }else{
      break; //no user input => exit
    }
  }
  System.out.println("bye");
}

private static processFile(String fileName){
    String hteam;
    String ateam;
    int hscore;
    int ascore;
    int totgoals = 0;

    Scanner s = new Scanner(new BufferedReader(
            new FileReader(fileName))).useDelimiter("\\s*:\\s*|\\s*\\n\\s*");

    while (s.hasNext()) {
      … //rest of your original code
}

around this issue PushWoosh send their SDKs as .jar files but after contacting them they sent me a library project of their source code and in there I am able to change the location updates to whatever I desire.
If anyone sees this, I suggest contact PushWoosh.

To fix this issue First, you should change your passwordValidation method so it can return a boolean which indicates whether the password is correct:
code :
public boolean passwordValidation(String userName, String password) {
    boolean valid = true;
    /* your code */
    return valid;
}
boolean valid = false;
while (!valid) {
    String passWord = JOptionPane.showInputDialog("What is your password?");
    valid = passwordCreator.passwordValidation(userName,passWord);
}

hope this fix your issue The way you have written the MatrixPow function, it is not actually running in O(log(n)). Its running time is O(N).
Consider this power function:
code :
def power_n(a,b):
    print 1
    if b==0:
        return 1
    if b%2==1:
        return (((power_n(a,b/2)*power_n(a,b/2))%MOD)*a)%MOD
    return (power_n(a,b/2)*power_n(a,b/2))%MOD
def power_log(a,b):
    print 2
    if b==0:
        return 1
    k = power_log(a,b/2)
    if b%2==1:
        return (((k*k)%MOD)*a)%MOD
    return (k*k)%MOD
power_n(6,20)

seems to work fine , You should have a menu method, for example:
code :
public static void showMenu() {
    System.out.println("1. Fahrenheit to Celsius");
    System.out.println("2. Celsius to Fahrenheit");
    System.out.println("3. Exit");
    System.out.println("Choice:");
}
public static void main(String args[]) {
    //Add your Scanner code here, your variables, etc
    do {
        showMenu();
        choice = scan.nextInt();

        switch (choice) {
            case 1:
                System.out.println("Enter temperature: ");
                fahrenheit = scan.nextInt();
                System.out.println(fahrenheit + " Fahrenheit is " + Celsius(fahrenheit) + " Celsius");
                break;
            case 2:
                //Do the same for method 1 but for Celsius
    } while (choice != 3);
}

wish help you to fix your issue When a program is ran because it is associated with the file type or an action on the file type, it receives in sys.argv, the path to the file. This is also where it gets the name of a file that is dropped on it.
Forgive me I don't write programs on Windows and it has been decades since I used a Windows machine for anything serious. sys.argv normally starts with 0 being the script and then 1: being the arguments but on Windows the name of the Python executable might have been included resulting in the arguments starting at 2:
