fixed the issue. Will look into that further So I went back a bit and guess that the © is taking 2 chars.
Then I var_dump(substr('0©',1,2)); and I confirmed my suspicion.

I wish this helpful for you You can use character set subtraction:
code :
[\W-[_\[\]]]
var re = new Regex(@"[\W-[_\[\]]]");

it should still fix some issue I just realized, that we used a partialLoop + form helper to get the a subform . Unfortunately , we used a DOM in it, and the the saveHTML() function in DOM is a little bit buggy, don't handle the UTF-8 chars very well .
When I removed this subform and used the $form = new Form_UserSettingsForm($user); directly, it worked well.

fixed the issue. Will look into that further If I understand you correctly, you have a structure containing several members of different types and you are looking for a way how you could compare instances of this struct.
It could look the following way:
code :
struct X {
    std::string s;
    char c;
    int i;
    bool operator==(const X& ref) {
        return s == ref.s && c == ref.c && i == ref.i;
    }
    bool operator!=(const X& ref) {
        return !this->operator==(ref);
    }
};
X x1, x2;
x1.s = x2.s = "string";
x1.c = x2.c = 'c';
x1.i = x2.i = 1;
if (x1 == x2)
    std::cout << "yes";
x1.s = "string2";
if (x1 != x2)
    std::cout << " no";
if (Patient[1].BType == Donor[1].BType) {
    ...
}

Hope that helps I'm trying to figure out how to put together font-face declaration for an icon font. I'm working on and iterating some code I got from someone else. The bourbon input and CSS output are below. , Try this:
Bourbon
code :
@include font-face("companyicons", "companyicons",
  $weight: normal, $style: normal, $asset-pipeline: true);
@font-face {
  font-family: "companyicons";
  font-weight: normal;
  font-style: normal;
  src: url(/assets/companyicons.eot);
  src: url(/assets/companyicons.eot?#iefix) format("embedded-opentype"), /
    url(/assets/companyicons.woff) format("woff"), /
    url(/assets/companyicons.ttf) format("truetype"), /
    url(/assets/companyicons.svg#companyicons) format("svg");
}

Does that help I came up with a somewhat brute force method. This way finds the optimal way to combine 2 words then does it for each element in the array.
This strategy works by trying finding the best possible way to combine 2 words together. It is considered the best by having the fewest letters. Each word is fed into an ever growing "merged" word. Each time a new word is added the existing word is searched for a matching character which exists in the word to be merged. Once one is found both are split into 2 sets and attempted to be joined (using the rules at hand, no need 2 add if letter already exists ect..). The strategy generally yields good results.
