Simple query issue with multiple tables and mismatching IDs

With these it helps First of all, I advice you to use some general type for event_participation records without type; But, unless to take that decision, supposing you want to get all matching records between all tables but also get results with no type, you can use the following query:
code :
    FROM event_participation ep
JOIN worker p ON (ep.P_ID = p.P_ID)
JOIN event e ON (e.E_CODE = ep.E_CODE)
JOIN section s ON (s.S_ID = e.S_ID)
LEFT JOIN type_participation tp ON (ep.TP_ID = tp.TP_ID)

should help you out You need to indicate on the columns on the select line which table those columns are coming from.
On another note, i am assuming that the 2 warehouse tables have the same columns, but they just represent 2 different locations. This is generally not a good DB design practice. you could run into normalization problems which could cause data integrity problems and redundancy. you should have a products table with all their assorted info as well as a column that indicates which warehouse it is housed in and another table that lists the warehouses and all their info. make the warehouse column a foreign key references the warehouse table and you're golden. This can help with data integrity and with query design. But if my assumption is wrong, ignore this.

Any of those help I have 3 tables (sya A, B and C) and they have 9 common columns (ID_number, company, Role, Seq_number, FirstName, MiddleName, LastName, Gender & DOB) between them. , I believe that should help you or at least give you an idea:
code :
ON BC.ID_number = A.ID_number and BC.company = A.company and
    BC.Role = A.Role and BC.Seq_number = A.Seq_number
WHERE A.ID_number Is Null or
    HASHBYTES('SHA2_256', IsNull(BC.FirstName,'') + IsNull(BC.MiddleName,'') + IsNull(BC.LastName,'') + IsNull(BC.Gender,'') + IsNull(CAST(BC.DOB as VARCHAR),'')) !=
    HASHBYTES('SHA2_256', IsNull(A.FirstName,'') + IsNull(A.MiddleName,'') + IsNull(A.LastName,'') + IsNull(A.Gender,'') + IsNull(CAST(A.DOB as VARCHAR),''))

it should still fix some issue
I have one table that has 560782 rows of data [this should be the result when I'm done]. When I join it to another table (different database) to get the provname, I get 582634 rows. I know that is because there are sometimes two entries for the same provid. I ONLY need the single instance for the provid.
code :
SELECT a.pcp_id, a.HMO_ID, a.MEM_MONTH, a.MEM_YEAR, a.patient_id, .....
FROM IDA.dbo.ida_Mem_Mo a
inner join
select distinct prov_id, prov_name, org_name, serv_area_name from
AMG.dbo.tbl_AMG_PROV b  ON a.pcp_id=b.prov_id
) b ON a.pcp_id=b.prov_id
