To fix this issue This is straightforward to do if b1.wig is small enough to be read into a hash in memory, taking the keys from column 2 and the values from column 3. Then all that must be done is to access each key in each sequence, using zero if a corresponding hash element is non-existent (and so accessing it returns undef).
You haven't said how you want to separate the new totals from the existing data from chr1trialS.out so I have used spaces. Of course this is easy to change if necessary.

will help you I want to add ids to inputs dynamicly using javascript.How can I do that.I wrote a function but it wouldn't work. , inputs are self closing:

will be helpful for those in need You can do this pretty easily actually :), set the ID of the html element using erb, for example:

this one helps. the HTMLCollection returned by getElementsByClassName is a LIVE LIST ... by changing the class, you change the list during the for loop!
One solution is to "copy" the list to an array
