hope this fix your issue I am a noob with vbs, here is a script (from How to run a file on background using vbscript with launch options). But the run doesn't work. , qq(sCmd) is returning This :
code :
Option Explicit
Dim wshShell
Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

Function qq(s) : qq = """" & s & """" : End Function

Sub mapF(a, f)
  Dim i
  For i = LBound(a) To UBound(a)
      a(i) = f(a(i))
  Next
End Sub

Dim sFSpec : sFSpec = "C:\Program Files\Pineapplesoft\Lost computer\lostcomputeraudio.bat"
Dim aParms : aParms = Split("1#/pi:pa po#last parm", "#")
mapF aParms, GetRef("qq")

Dim sCmd : sCmd = Join(Array( _
    qq(sFSpec) _
  , Join(aParms) _
))

wshShell.Run sCmd

I wish did fix the issue. Ask yourself: what would be the benefits of switching to Rails 3.1?
You'll have access to the latest and greatest upgrades to the framework such as the Asset Pipeline and better engine support. Rails 3.1 is where Rails is headed, so why not make the switch now?

Does that help http://jsfiddle.net/QD3Hn/14/ // without improvements
code :
(function($){
    $.fn.textareaCounter = function(options) {
        // setting the defaults
        // $("textarea").textareaCounter({ limit: 100 });
        var defaults = {
            limit: 150
        };
        var options = $.extend(defaults, options);

        // and the plugin begins
        return this.each(function() {
            var obj, text, wordcount, limited;

            obj = $(this);
            obj.next(".hint").after('<span style="font-weight: bold; color:#6a6a6a; clear: both; margin: 3px 0 0 150px; float: left; overflow: hidden;" id="counter-text">Max. '+options.limit+' words</span>');

            obj.on("keyup keydown", function() {
                text = obj.val();
                if(text === "") {
                    wordcount = 0;
                } else {
                    wordcount = obj.val().split(" ").length;
                }
                if(wordcount == options.limit) {
                    obj.next(".hint").next("#counter-text").html('<span style="color: #DD0000;">0 words left</span>');
                    limited = $.trim(text).split(" ", options.limit);
                    limited = limited.join(" ");
                    $(this).val(limited);
                } else {

I hope this helps . Actually you just forgot to add the necessary className to your Links. Add className="nav-link" to Links in Navbar.js.
code :
    <ul className="navbar-nav">
      <li className="nav-item active">
        <Link to="/" className="nav-link">
          Home
        </Link>
      </li>
      <li className="nav-item">
        <Link to="/create" className="nav-link">
          Create
        </Link>
      </li>
      <li className="nav-item">
        <Link to="/id:/edit" className="nav-link">
          Edit
        </Link>
      </li>
    </ul>
