wish help you to fix your issue I have a C# object with structure like , You could do something recursive like this:
code :
public class Source
{
    public int Id { get; set; }
    public List<Source> Children { get; set; }

    public Destination GetDestination()
    {
        return new Destination
        {
            nodes = Children.Select(c => c.GetDestination()).ToList(),
            key = Id
        };
    }
}

this will help Personnally, I'd just manually write a function that converts a ProductBindingViewSC into a ProductArray member by member, and then use List.ToArray()+Array.ConvertAll() or Linq's .Select().ToArray().
You could also use reflection, even make that not too slow thanks to open property delegates and generic type instantiation (in short, anything to avoid a sluggish GetValue()), to automatically convert from one type to the other, but that's quite a long story to explain.

this will help You can map an array and construct your objects pretty straighforward:
code :
const data = [
  { sectionName: 'SectionOne',
    ingredients: [ {ingredient: 'sugar'}, {ingredient: 'flour'} ]},
  { sectionName: 'SectionTwo',
    ingredients: [ {ingredient: 'eggs'}, {ingredient: 'water'} ] },
 ];

const res = Object.assign(...data.map(el => ({ // for every element
  [el.sectionName]: {
    sectionName: el.sectionName,
    ingredients: Object.assign(...el.ingredients.map(e => ({[e.ingredient]: e}))) // assign each object inside array
    }
  })))

console.log(res)
console.log(res.SectionOne.ingredients.sugar)

like below fixes the issue I'm trying to convert an plain array into object with additional parameter , You can update as follows
code :
var obj = [{
    index: 1,
    question: "If a carrier wave of 1000 kHz is used to carry the signal, the length of transmitting antenna will be equal to _____ ?",
    choices_list: ["300 m", "30 m", "3 m", "0.3 m"],
    answer: "300 m",
    explanation: "h =  c/v = 3 × 10^8/10^6 = 300 m",
}]

var output = obj.map(o => {
  o.choices_list = o.choices_list.map(choice => ({selected: false,
  choice}))
  return o
})

console.log(output)
var _obj = [{
    index: 1,
    question: "If a carrier wave of 1000 kHz is used to carry the signal, the length of transmitting antenna will be equal to _____ ?",
    choices_list: ["300 m", "30 m", "3 m", "0.3 m"],
    answer: "300 m",
    explanation: "h =  c/v = 3 × 10^8/10^6 = 300 m",
}]

_obj.forEach(o => {
  o.choices_list = o.choices_list.map(choice => ({selected: false,
  choice}))
  return o
})

console.log(_obj)

it fixes the issue Since you are using Newtonsoft.Json, I will explain using the same.
When I need to get JSON that is used ONLY for my logic, I tend to do something like this:
code :
public class Item
    {
        /// <summary>
        /// Property that will be left out of deserialization, but return the Group.Id every time the value is
        /// evaluated.
        /// </summary>
        [JsonIgnore]
        public int GroupId => (int)Group?.Id;

        [JsonProperty("id")]
        public int Id { get; set; }

        [JsonProperty("description")]
        public string Description { get; set; }

        [JsonProperty("group")]
        public Group Group { get; set; }
    }
