Does that help I think you're on the right track by adding questions to dictionaries. Here's how I would approach this.
First, populate a dictionary. The keys of the dictionary are the learning objectives, and the values are lists of questions that meet those learning objectives.
code :
# Assumption: question_list has tuples (<question_no>,<learning_obj>,<exam_date>)
learning_dict = {}
for question in question_list:
  question_no = question[0]
  learning_obj = question[1]
  if learning_obj in learning_dict:
    learning_dict[learning_obj].append(question_no)
  else:
    learning_dict[learning_obj] = [question_no]
import random

final_question_list = []
for learning_obj, question_list in learning_dict.items():
  random_question = random.choice(question_list)
  final_question_list.append(random_question)

around this issue Have discovered that DAX is the wrong place to implement this - we are doing this in MDX. Please see this link for the question and solution regarding how we did that.

Qlikview and Qliksense VS MSBI

seems to work fine Yes. Qlik (View and Sense) can be used as ETL tool and presentation layer. Each single file (qvw/View and qvf/Sense) contains the script that is used for ETL (load all the required data from all data sources, transform the data if needed), the actual data and the visuals.
Depends on the complexity, only one file can be used for everything. But the process can be organised in multiple files as well (if needed). For example:

To fix the issue you can do ive implemented a basic prototype in an expo snack , so find the link below, ill explain what im doing there . basically im using pagination to change the questions.
Expo-link-quiz
code :
import * as React from 'react';
import { Text, View, StyleSheet,TouchableOpacity } from 'react-native';
import Constants from 'expo-constants';
import RadioForm, {RadioButton, RadioButtonInput, RadioButtonLabel} from 'react-native-simple-radio-button';

// You can import from local files
import AssetExample from './components/AssetExample';

// or any pure javascript modules available in npm
import { Card } from 'react-native-paper';
var radio_props = [
  {label: 'param1'},
  {label: 'param2', value: 1 }
];
export default class App extends React.Component {

  constructor(props){
    super(props);
    this.state={
       arr : [
   {question: 'SomeQuestion1', options: ["ABC", "CDE", "EFG", "GHI"]},
   {question: 'SomeQuestion2', options: ["ABC", "CDE", "EFG", "GHI"]},
   {question: 'SomeQuestion3', options: ["ABC", "CDE", "EFG", "GHI"]},
   {question: 'SomeQuestion4', options: ["ABC", "CDE", "EFG", "GHI"]},
   {question: 'SomeQuestion5', options: ["ABC", "CDE", "EFG", "GHI"]},
   {question: 'SomeQuestion6', options: ["ABC", "CDE", "EFG", "GHI"]},
       ],

       numOfDivisions:0,
       activeQuestion1:0,
       activeQuestion2:1
    }
  }

componentDidMount(){
  let lengthQ = this.state.arr.length;
  let numOfDivisions = lengthQ/2;
  this.setState({numOfDivisions})

}

labelRadio = (arr) => {
  return(
<View>
  <Text>{arr.question}</Text>
 <RadioForm
          radio_props={radio_props}
          initial={0}
          onPress={(value) => {this.setState({value:value})}}
        />
        </View>
  )

}

computeQuestions =(index) => {
this.setState({
  activeQuestion1:index-1,
  activeQuestion2:index
})
}

compuetPagination = () => {
let newnew = this.state.arr.slice(0,this.state.numOfDivisions);
return newnew.map((data,index) => (
  <TouchableOpacity style={{marginHorizontal:10}} onPress ={() =>this.computeQuestions(index+1)}>{index +1}</TouchableOpacity>
))
}

  render() {
    return (
      <View style={styles.container}>
      {this.labelRadio(this.state.arr[this.state.activeQuestion1])}
      {this.labelRadio(this.state.arr[this.state.activeQuestion2])}
      <View style={{flexDirection:'row'}}>
      {this.compuetPagination()}
      </View>
      </View>
    );
  }
}

const styles = StyleSheet.create({
  container: {
    flex: 1,
    justifyContent: 'center',
    paddingTop: Constants.statusBarHeight,
    backgroundColor: '#ecf0f1',
    padding: 8,
  },
  paragraph: {
    margin: 24,
    fontSize: 18,
    fontWeight: 'bold',
    textAlign: 'center',
  },
});

should help you out It seems sqljdbc4.jar is not found at runtime.
If you are using Maven build(pom.xml)
code :
<dependency>
    <groupId>com.microsoft.sqlserver</groupId>
    <artifactId>sqljdbc4</artifactId>
    <version>4.0</version>
</dependency>
mvn install:install-file -Dfile=<jar_name>.jar -DgroupId=<group_id_of_jar> -DartifactId=<artifact_id_of_jar> -Dversion=<version_of_jar> -Dpackaging=jar
