wish of those help Here are the relevant lines of code with comments to explain what they do:
code :
shrw    $2, %cx   ; length /= sizeof(DWORD)
rep; movsl ; Copy the first length/sizeof(DWORD) DWORDs
popw %cx ; Restore the original length
andw    $3, %cx   ; length &= 3, i.e. length %= sizeof(DWORD)
rep; movsb ; Copy the remaining length % sizeof(DWORD) bytes (if any)

Example for kernel timer Implementation in Linux (in kernel 2.6.32)

Example for kernel timer Implementation in Linux (in kernel 2.6.32)

With these it helps The best I can tell, Linus never incorporated the ktimer patch into the main line of development. Note that the patch does contain examples of using start_ktimer (see fs/exec.c). If you specifically want to use ktimers, you will need to port the patch circa kernel version 2.6.13 forward to the 2.6.32 kernel.
On the other hand, if all you need is a timer mechanism, the standard kernel timer API may work. For a good discussion of how to use this API as well as examples, see Chapter 7 of the Linux Device Drivers book, specifically, the section titled "The Timer API" (page 198). In this case, the equivalent of start_ktimer() is add_timer().

wish of those help I am implementing network layer to aggregate 2 network interface by dividing data to send them on 2 interfaces and combine it on the receiving end. I have achieved it in socket programming(c) but now I have to implement it on kernel in Ubuntu. I cant figure out where to start as i do not have any prior knowledge of kernel programing. Can anyone guide me about any helpful tutorials or demos so i can start working on it. , Have a look at network interface bonding.
Regarding NAPI implementation in Linux kernel

fixed the issue. Will look into that further
Now for NAPI enabled Ethernet driver initially whenever packets comes at interface ,it is notified to CPU and appropriate Ethernet driver code (Interrupt handler) is executed .Inside the interrupt handler code we check if type of interrupt is received packet.
code :
#define INT_STS                         0x58
58h INT_STS Interrupt Status
u32 intsts = smsc911x_reg_read(pdata, INT_STS);
5.3.3 INT_STS—Interrupt Status Register

RX Status FIFO Level Interrupt (RSFL).
Generated when the RX Status FIFO reaches the programmed level
5.3.6 FIFO_INT—FIFO Level Interrupts

RX Status Level.
The value in this field sets the level, in number of DWORDs, at which the RX Status FIFO Level interrupt (RSFL) will be generated.
When the RX Status FIFO used space is greater than this value an RX Status FIFO Level interrupt (RSFL) will be generated.

it should still fix some issue thanks to @Basile Starynkevitch I solve the problem, yes, 'Sometimes, the compiler is optimizing memcpy to __builtin_memcpy'
